As you step inside, you'll be greeted by a bright and airy open-concept living area, thoughtfully designed to maximize space and provide a relaxing ambiance. The contemporary decor and stylish furnishings create an inviting atmosphere, perfect for unwinding after a long day.

Bed arrangements: There is Zip and Link King bed in the bedrooms which on request can be made into 2 twin beds if preferred. Please note that for last minute bookings we cannot guarantee any requests.

There is a double bed in the Mezzanine of the bedroom which can sleep 2 people. Please note that you have to climb stairs to get to the Mezzanine and the ceiling is quite low.


- Self Check-in : You will be provided with a key lock code prior to your stay.
- Smart TV & Wifi
- Sofa Bed in the Lounge to accommodate an additional 2 people
- Kitchen equipped with fridge freezer, electric cooker, oven, microwave, toaster & kettle.
- Some tea, coffee, sugar and biscuits are made available.
- Washer / Dryer machine, ironing board & Iron
- Body wash, shampoo, conditioner and towels are provided.
- No smoking or vaping in the property
- No parties allowed. Quiet time 10pm-8am.

This property is located on the 2nd floor. Please note there is no lift available in the building.

We also welcome longer stays of 1 month or more. Please enquire if this is something you might be interested in.


Please note you will be required to provide ID for guests and sign an electronic rental agreement to adhere to our house rules. £250 deposit will be required (except for reservations made on airbnb), this will be held in your account and returned back within 7 days of departure.
