Located just 3 minutes from Praia da Alvorada, it's close to the best restaurants, markets and shops in the area! It is also 26 minutes from the Olympic Park and 5 minutes from Barra Shopping.

⚠️ Apartment Access Requirements: Guests will NOT be able to access the flat if the following requirements are not met:

Mandatory submission during business hours (by Friday at 4pm):

• Photo documentation of all guests and accompanying persons;

• Proof of residence of the person responsible (in the case of Brazilian guests);

• Licence plate, model and colour of vehicle, if using the garage;

Note 1: the condominium administration is not flexible. If the documentation is not registered in their system, the guest will not have access to the flat, even with the owner's permission. Therefore, it is essential that you send us the data by the established deadline so that we can send it to the administration.

Note 2: The pool will be cleaned on Mondays between 9am and 10am.

In order for everything to run smoothly, we ask you to pay attention to some of the house rules and notices:

⚠️ The concierge is not authorized to store guests' luggage, but if you wish, you can leave it here at our office.

⚠️ No noise is allowed after 10pm (Silence Law).

⚠️ The renter must provide a list with the full names and identity documents of all the people who will be staying in the apartment during their stay, respecting the maximum number of people established in the reservation. People who are not on the list provided may not enter the building.

⚠️ Separate organic and recyclable waste, disposing of them in different garbage bags.

⚠️ Use the service entrance and elevator when carrying luggage or bathing suits.

⚠️ When you leave the apartment, make sure you have turned off all electrical equipment. Failure to do so may result in the owner deducting R$100.00 per day from the security deposit.

⚠️ We check in from 3pm and check out before 11am. If you want to guarantee early check-in or late check-out, check availability.

⚠️ For each booking we provide 1 set of bed linen per bed and 1 set of bath linen per guest. Bed and bath linen change services can be contracted and paid for separately. Be careful with products that may damage them, as any damaged items may be charged to your security deposit.

⚠️ All guests must send their ID at least 24 hours before arrival.
