On the ground floor is a fantastic kitchen that is fully equipped with new appliances, a utility room, bathroom with shower, and a spacious, sunny living-dining room that opens to a super terrace with plenty of room for getting together with family and friends.
On the upper level is a full bathroom and three double bedrooms that have all been beautifully decorated, one has a private terrace.
It's a perfect property for families who want to stay in a peaceful location yet very close to a large beach with all amenities.
