大型の独立したヴィラで、近年リフォームされ、素朴なスタイルで上品に装飾されています。 非常に家庭的です。これは、最近まで、オーナーの夢の家でした。 静かな住宅街にあり、ショップ、レストラン、バー、ビーチまで徒歩圏内です。 リラックスした休日に最適です！

大きなプール、庭園、テラスでは、一日を通して日差しを受け取り、プライバシーのために高い壁に囲まれています。 テラスにはダイニングの家具とバーベキューがあり、屋外ダイニングに最適です！ 多くの花、芝生、魚の池があります。 屋上テラスは十分な海の景色を眺め、夕日を眺めるのに最適です。

Lovely peaceful villa

We all very much enjoyed our stay. The hosts were very attentive and gave us recommendations on where to visit. We think air conditioning in all bedrooms would be beneficial in the hot summer months. Would visit again.

This was a very cute authentically Spanish villa, the pool was amazing and it had everything you might need for a summer holiday. It’s perfectly situated for both Cala en Porter centre, (where there are various good value restaurants to choose from) and the beautiful bay and beach. We had a couple of issues when we were there which were acknowledged and sorted immediately by the English owner. Thank you for allowing us to rent your villa, we would definitely consider returning in the near future.

Excellent property, wonderful hosts, perfect holiday!

We had a lovely week staying at the villa at the end of October. Francis and Maica are very attentive and helpful hosts. Menorca is a beautiful island and the villa was the perfect location to explore the island. Thank you for everything.

Wonderful time in this beautiful place

The property was immaculate. Everything was clean, tidy, organised and just as you would expect thoutful and caring hosts to have it. The pool was lovely and clean and the surrounding area clearly safe so for a family with young children - perfect! The only problem we all had was that the holiday came and went all too quickly but we all relaxed and felt very refreshed when we returned to England. Francis was most helpful whilst we were there, providing maps, clear directions and also advice as to good places to visit. He and his wife clearly take pride and care in what the do and at no point did we feel unwelcome! Thank you both for allowing us to come and stay and we definitely put this top of our list of places we have stayed compared to other properties like this. We hope to come back again one day!

Extremely friendly hosts

The villa is purely beautiful with a very cosy decor and fabulous garden. Children enjoyed playing in the pool a lot and exploring the roof terrace . The area is very safe and quiet with short commute to the town and the beach. Excellent place for a peaceful vacation. Our hosts were extremely friendly , flexible and supportive. Highly recommend.

Fantastic family villa

The house is absolutely beautiful, and perfect for a relaxing family holiday. Loads of space and the garden is such a lovely space. The town centre is a 10 minute walk and has a supermarket that delivers for free, there are numerous bars and restaurants that cater to British tourists, it’s not quite an authentic Spanish experience. However, the capital of Mahon is far more cosmopolitan and had a brilliant port with great boat trips. I would recommend renting a car (which was super easy and worked out at about 30 euros a day from Bini cars) and visiting the amazing beaches that Menorca has to offer. The local beach is amazing and super kid friendly, and the beaches of Cala Galdana are a 25 minute drive away which is wonderfully tree lined. All in all a great holiday, we were lucky to have a chat with Francis about the island and Menorca one night. I would asbsolutely recommend this villa for your next stay.

A great villa with a lovely pool

This is a lovely villa with a fantastic pool and roof terrace. The grill and outdoor eating area are perfect and the location is very quiet but still close enough to the town and beach to walk to. Francis and Maria are attentive hosts and responded to one request we made with great speed! We had a fantastic time and would like to that Francis and Maria for allowing us to stay in their beautiful home.

Lovely family holiday

Our family of seven had a weeks stay at this lovely villa. Francis and Maica greeted us and warmly and showed us around. A lovely big kitchen a great outside area with bbq. Lovely garden and pool and outside eating area that we made good use of. A very hot week for us, and the walk into the centre of town was better in the slightly cooler evenings. Great places to eat and be entertained in the town. We all thoroughly loved our stay. Thank you

Family holiday

Lovely villa with fantastic outdoor space

A real home away from home with all the amenities we needed for our stay. The villa has a fantastic outdoor space with pool, garden, bbq and dining area. Francis was a pleasure to deal with over email and when we arrived. He was very helpful with recommendations and was on hand if any issues arose (not that any did). Would definitely recommend to friends/family and would love to stay again.

Lovely villa with a personal touch

We stayed here for a week; four adults and two young children. When we arrived we had a warm welcome and the villa was absolutely spotless. Things that set this villa apart from others: • We dealt directly with the owners face-to-face; it was nice to meet them in person after contact through email. They have an obvious deep love of the villa which shows through the attention to detail. • Other villas don’t have the personal touch of this one. All the pictures, ornaments, together with standard of kitchen make it feel so homely. • The outside space is something else. What attracted us to it was not a soulless tiled area with a pool, but a space filled with plants, flowers and trees. The smell when we stepped into the garden was amazing. It’s also a haven for wildlife which we particularly enjoyed. If we returned to Menorca and Cala En Porter, we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Erholsamer Urlaub in toller Villa

Wir waren im September 1 Woche in der Villa und haben es sehr genossen. Das Haus ist in sehr gepflegtem Zustand und freundlich in der Einrichtung. Leider gibt es die Palme nicht mehr (wurde von Käfern aufgefressen), dafür hat der Pool jetzt ganztägig Sonne. Besonders gut hat uns die Terasse mit Grill gefallen, auf der sich jeden Morgen toll mit Blick auf Pool und Garten frühstücken lässt. Die Dachterasse lädt zum ungestörten Sonnenbad ein und bietet Blick auf das Meer. Bitte mit der Villa sorgfältig umgehen (sie ist es wert), wir haben gehört dass einige Gäste einen Saustall hinterlassen sowie Gegenstände aus Bad und Küche entwendet haben. Leider waren bei uns in der Küche so gut wie keine Gewürze oder grundlegende Lebensmittel wie Essig/Öl vorhanden, daher dies im nahen Supermarkt einkaufen und die Reste da lassen damit sich nach und nach eine Grundausstattung bilden kann :). Francis ist sehr freundlich und gibt viele Tipps für die Umgebung. Generell ist es auch eine tolle Lage, da man von hier mit dem Mietwagen schnell nach Alaior oder Mahon kommt. Alles in allem haben wir den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und können die Villa sehr empfehlen!

Home from Home

We arrived at the villa and was met by Francis who showed us around the villa and give us tips and things to do in cala en porter. We were a family of 8 (3 grown up, 2 teens and 3 little ones and there was plenty of room. The pool was a nice size and the grandchildren were in it all day. Had a lovely view on the roof terrace of the sea and watched a number of sunsets. The little ones didn't want to leave they loved the villa and pool. We have stay in a few villas over the years and I must say yours was one of the best. It was like home from home and the garden was a pleasure to sit in during the day and evening looking at all the wonderful flowers. Once again thankyou for letting us use your home.

‘Best holiday ever' was a comment from my granddaughter!

We were a party of 9 and had a wonderful week staying at this lovely villa with its large pool which drew the children like a magnet. They couldn't wait to get back to the pool when we went out for the day - even when they'd happily spent hours in the sea. Francis was extremely helpful, arranging our transfers both from and back to the airport and giving us lots of tips about the surrounding area. There is a very comprehensive information folder at the villa which is definitely worth reading at the start of the holiday. The gardens are a treat and well maintained and the roof terrace offers wonderful views as well as being the perfect place to dry off all the wet towels! Our favourite meal was at ‘Big Al’s’ but we also enjoyed the food at several other restaurants most of which are situated in the centre – about 10 minutes’ walk from the villa. We enjoyed the evening entertainment tribute acts at the Sa Paissa Hotel and also the trio playing at the Irish Bar. We found Francis and Maica to be the perfect hosts, Francis being readily available at the other end of the pone should we need him. I would certainly recommend this property.

Had a fantastic week at the villa. The owners were so helpful and made us feel very welcome. The villa was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed. Wonderful villa with a nice size pool, pretty gardens as nice to have lots of seating outside.

We had a wonderful stay here with the family we loved the pool and the villa inside and out. We all felt at home. The roof terrace was lovely we watched the sunset every evening. The owners of the villa very kind and friendly. The pool was always clean. Overall this was a lovely place to stay we loved the island of menorca would recommend. We would love to come back. The children also had the best time here.

I came to Menorca to look after my elderly parents who had retired out here and then fell in love not only with this beautiful island but also with the Spanish nurse who helped me look after them!! We're now married with a grown-up son and I work as a tour guide. I founded the Jeep Safari Menorca company, which though successful I decided to sell to have more time with my family.

This used to be our home, but when we decided to move to the lovely village of Alaior to be closer to our son's school and to work, we decided to keep it on as a holiday let. I used to spend many fantastic holidays here and my wife and I love it when our guests also have a great time here.
Menorca is a beautiful island, and besides that it's tranquil and very very safe.

This house has that unique home from home feel about it, which so many holiday lets lack. My wife enjoys decorating and gardening and she made the house so nice for all of the family.
Apart from that it enjoys it has a great private swimming pool, a lovely garden, spectacular views and is in a quiet area of the resort yet within an easy stroll of the centre.
