This beautiful apartment is located in a well-maintained complex with swimming pools (one of them for children) and gardens. The ground floor apartment has a living-dining room with access to the private terrace, a fully equipped open kitchen, two double bedrooms and a bathroom with shower.
The apartment has been completely renovated, it is very fresh and bright and has access to free Wi-Fi internet, television, air conditioning in the living room and ceiling fans in the bedrooms that keep the apartment cool even on the hottest days.
In the surroundings you will find shops, restaurants, bars and cafés. The magnificent Arenal beach is only five minutes' walk from the apartment.
An ideal apartment to enjoy your outdoor holidays in Menorca.
No tourist services are provided in the apartment (room service, meals, drinks, etc...)
