Casa Augia is a bright independent house which faces the sun and the sea. It sleeps four people. From Casa Augia you will enjoy a spellbinding view of the sea and of the coast of Amalfi. Casa Augia is 100 square meters (1076 square feet). It features a panoramic private terrace with a view of the sea and of the coastline, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be approximately 600 meters (655 yards) from the borough of Conca dei Marini, where you will find restaurants, shops and public transportation. You will find the closest restaurant and a grocery store at 250 meters (820 feet), the stop for SITA bus Amalfi - Agerola line a few meters (feet) away and the closest beach (Capo di Conca beach) at 1.5 km (roughly 1 mile) including 200 stairway steps.
You will reach Casa Augia from the street level going up a route that includes approximately 65 stairway steps.
You will not need a car to stay at Casa Augia. If you do have one, you will be able to park it free of charge or for a fee, along the public roads (the actual distance might vary depending on the availability of parking spaces).

Tourist tax, paid locally: From April 1 to October 31: EUR 2.00 per person per night for the first 7 nights, EUR 1.00 thereafter. Guests aged under 12 are exempt. From November 1 to March 31: EUR 2.00 per person per night. Guests aged under 12 are exempt. Refundable security deposit paid cash upon arrival: EUR 500 (it is returned to you at check-out).
Terrace
The terrace is 23 square meters (250 square feet) large. It is partly shaded. It is equipped with a table and chairs. From the terrace you will enjoy an enchanting view of the sea and of the coast of Amalfi.
Living Room
The furnishings of the living room are cozy and comfortable, and include a sofa. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is spacious and comfortable, equipped with a five-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker, a toaster and a kettle. The dining table can accommodate six guests, two more guests can be accommodated at the kitchen counter. In this room you will find a satellite smart TV. From the living room you will be able to enter the terrace through two French doors. The room is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bedroom 1
You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the living room through an access area. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). From the bedroom you will be able to enter the terrace through a French door.
Bedroom 2
You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the living room through an access area. It has two twin beds (80 cm/32 inches). From the bedroom you will be able to enter the terrace through a French door.
Bathroom 1
The first bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer. Here you will also find a washing machine, a clothes dryer, an iron and an ironing board. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the living room.
Bathroom 2
The second bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the living room through an access area.
