The space is bathed in natural sunlight, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Step outside to a private patio with outdoor furniture, ideal for enjoying a morning coffee or evening drink.

The kitchenette is designed with convenience in mind. It comes fully equipped with all essential cookware and cutlery, an electric hob, oven, microwave, and coffee machine, ensuring everything needed to prepare delicious meals is available. A washing machine is also on hand for any laundry needs.

Rest easy on the luxurious queen bed, dressed in complimentary hotel-quality linens for utmost comfort.

The bathrooms are stocked with all the amenities needed to freshen up, including fresh towels and toiletries, ensuring a hassle-free stay.

For peace of mind, the studio is always professionally cleaned before arrival.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

This charming property is surrounded by some of the city's most iconic attractions. Guests can easily walk to the stunning Luís I Bridge and the famous Livraria Lello bookstore. For those looking to indulge in delicious cuisine, Restaurante Abadia do Porto is just a stone's throw away. After a long day of exploring, guests can unwind and relax at the luxurious spa at The Yeatman Hotel.

This accommodation is conveniently situated within walking distance of two metro stations - Bolhão and 24 de Agosto, both reachable within 7 minutes. This central location allows easy access to the city's attractions, restaurants, and shops. The property offers a comfortable and convenient stay for guests exploring Porto's vibrant city.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen; we will gladly provide an additional charge.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).

Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.

Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
