Rules and Important Information



Security deposit: guests must leave 100€ per person at check-in (refundable if no damage occurs).

Check-in: from 4 PM Check-out: until 10 AM

Early check-in and late check-out subject to availability, confirmed closer to arrival date.

Extra people: additional bed available for 150€/person/week.

Pet friendly animals allowed with prior notice (cleaning fee: 50€).

Additional towels and sheets available upon request (extra cost).

Airport transfer available upon request.



Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment.

We do not provide kitchen condiments, cleaning products, or personal hygiene items.
