It sleeps up to eight people, making it perfect for families, groups of friends, or business travelers seeking comfort and luxury during their stay. As you enter the villa, you'll be greeted by a spacious and tastefully furnished living room. The living room features a large flat-screen TV, fire place, and comfortable seating, ideal for relaxing with your family and friends. Also, there is a guest powder room. Next to the living room the fully equipped open plan kitchen boasts top-of-the-line appliances, including a fridge, freezer, stove, oven, and dishwasher, perfect for preparing meals and snacks during your stay.
The dining area is adjacent to the kitchen and can seat up to eight people. It’s a glass conservatory, where you can enjoy your meals watching over the beautiful garden and swimming pool. 
On the ground floor step outside to the villa's private oasis, complete with a sparkling swimming pool, comfortable sun loungers, and a lush garden area. The pool is perfect for taking a refreshing dip, while the garden area is ideal for soaking up the sun or enjoying a meal outdoors. You can also use the built-in barbecue grill and outdoor dining area.
The villa's four bedrooms are on the first and second floor. Beautifully decorated they offer a peaceful and restful retreat. They are accessed both by a state-of-the-art elevator and stairs. The master bedroom is located on the second floor and features an American queen-sized bed, an en-suite bathroom with a jacuzzi tub and shower.  Next to the bed there is a wooden staircase that leads to the mezzanine, where there is a well equipped office space with a comfortable desk, ergonomic chair, and high-speed internet access, ideal for business travellers who need to stay connected while on vacation. On the first floor, the second bedroom has an American queen-sized bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower, while the third bedroom has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. On the same floor the villa offers a third bedroom with a double bed that sleeps two more people. 
Both the first and second floor open up to verandas with wonderful views of the area and particularly on the second floor you can enjoy watching the stunning sunset of the Athens Riviera waterfront.
The swimming pool is shared with the next-door neighbour, but the garden/lounging area is completely private and not accessible by anyone but you.The owners reside in the basement of the property, however, you will not come across or interact with them.
