Luxury villa outside Athens

We arrived and we were meant by the landlady. Everything was clean and the sheets were fresh and ironed and the towels were crisp and bright. We used Uber the entire time we were there. It’s about 12 minutes from world-famous Astir Beach. About 25 minutes to Athens. All behind a gated and very well lighted perimeter wall at their compound. Honestly, it was awesome. The pool was terrific. They even gave us fresh eggs from their farm. We had a four-year-old and a five-year-old with us, and it was wonderful and fun and safe. John and his family are terrific hosts. We left some beer in the fridge if you’re the next guest. Enjoy.

we had a very enjoyable stay. it was in a quiet area in the countryside. the patio are a and the living room /kitchen were spacious and comfortable.The description of the property was a bit misleading and exaggerated. It was described the property as a resort but it is the ground floor of a large detached house. There wasn't a gym but there was gym equipment outside in the patio area. And there wasn't a children's play area but there was a plastic slide and rocking horse in the garden. There was also a wasp's nest at one end of the swimming pool which needs fixing. So we had a lovely holiday but the property was described inaccurately on the vrbo website. Also a car is essential.

What an experience

Just ourside Athens, (25 minutes) and 10 minutes from fun and awsome Glyfada, this house is beyond charming and awesome. Beautoful Olive trees, flowers, swimming pool,quietness, fresh air,.. what else can you ask for? Our host John and his family were beyond great. They were sweet, helpful and extremly nice. GREEK warmth and hospitality at it's very best!

Tolle Villa – wunderschöner Ausblick

Perfekt ausgestattetes Ferienhaus mit einem außergewöhnlichen privaten Pool und einem schönen Garten. Das Haus ist geräumig und sehr sauber. Klimaanlagen sind vorhanden. Alles ist mit Liebe eingerichtet. Wir haben uns wie zu Hause gefühlt. Es gibt mehrere Terrassen zum Entspannen. Das Highlight ist der private Pool, der unsere Erwartungen noch übertroffen hat. Wir haben die Ruhe genossen und das wunderschöne Panorama auf die Berge. Unser Auto konnten wir auf dem Grundstück sicher abstellen. John ist ein aufmerksamer und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber. Er hat uns Restaurants, Strände und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten empfohlen. Für Fragen war er jederzeit erreichbar. Wir können das Ferienhaus allen empfehlen, die Ruhe und Entspannung in einer wunderschönen Umgebung suchen.

The unique feature of the House and Area is that it has a village like filling while been 25 minutes away from Athens central, 1km away from the beautiful beach bay of Agia Marina.
