Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located place. Location cannot get better, walk out the front door to Mary Brickell Village, next door to Brickell City Center Mall. Perfect for the discerning professional or digital nomad looking for the best during their extended stay in Miami.
Aminities are incredible and the building has Equinox and Soul Cycle in the building, concierge, valet parking, jacuzzi, spa, sauna, wellness center, pools with terrace, movie theater, business center, kids playroom and more.
2Bed/2Bath luxury unit located in the heart of Brickell.
Fully-equipped unit that offers all the services such as Wifi, TV, AC, surrounding balconies, kitchen and washer and dryer inside the unit.
Public transportation like metro, metro mover and trolley (free service), bus you can take it on the corner.
HOUSE RULES:
Absolutely no smoking of any kind inside. Full forfeiture of security deposit if violation.
Because this is a residential building not a hotel, the Building Managment requires a lease application and orientation in advance of check-in. Guest is responsible for completing the entire application and orientation in advance of check-in. Host is not responsible for delays due to guest process.
The building requires each adult or married couple to complete application and it's $70 per adult. And the building requires renters insurance ( it's totally inexpensive, but they require it).
Zero Party policy. If violated, reservation will be canceled with no refunds.
For longer stays 45 days or more, we require guests to hire our housekeeper, at least once every 30 days to turn over linens, tend to the plants and keep the place fresh for you ( you will like this )
Parking: the condo is in absolute center of Brickell with everything you want directly our the front door. There is no need for a car as you can ride-share to the beach and other attractions. Parking in Brickell is expensive, however, I can arrange valet parking for $250 monthly in the building (please let me know when booking)
