Fun City Living in Upscale Comfort
My family stayed in this condo unit at Brickell Heights for 5 weeks while my daughter attended a Summer Program. The unit was super clean, with great views, and was exactly as advertised. The location is ideal to experience fun city living. Once you are “home” you will not need your car or transportation. Starbucks, MANY restaurants, the Brickell Center (shopping mall with boutiques, Apple Store, movie theatre, indoor golf complex, more restaurants) and Publix are all within a 2 block walk. The building is VERY secure, with a 24 hour door attendant and biometric verification required before gaining use of the elevators. The owner, Jason, is very involved and responsive. We had an issue with the air conditioning unit (fan/blower just suddenly stopped working) towards the end of our stay. I contacted Jason and a repair person was at the unit within 24 hours. If my business or schedule should put me back in Miami, I would most definitely rent this unit again.
