Located right on the famous Passeig de la Ribera;and just footsteps from the popular Fragata beach and the renowned Santa Tecla church, Sitges Spaces Seaside Paradise has it all!; This 3 bedroom bedroom/2 bathroom property enjoys 3 double bedrooms with queen and king size beds (sleeping up to 6 guests) and additionally a queen size sofa bed in the living to accommodate an additional 2 guests allowing a total capacity of up to 8 people; The living room/dining area is spacious and bright with magnificent sea views together with a modern kitchen offering the latest in state-of-the-art appliances. Two of the three bedrooms are also sea facing and the third bedroom receives natural light from a large interior patio. There are two bathrooms (one in suite) and both with walk-in showers.One of the most inviting features is the wonderful full-length terrace extending the whole range of the apartment offering unbeatable sea views and comfortable exterior seating! The ideal way to savor a morning coffee, afternoon drink and a cozy seating configuration, all while enjoying the sea breeze and warm sun with family and friends in this very exclusive location!

The apartment is located on the first floor and has an elevator. Parking is not available in the building itself, but nearby parking facilities are available upon request for a small nightly supplement.





For rental periods of 28 nights or more, a special reduced monthly discounted rate may be applied to your reservation. In this case, utilities (electricity, water and gas) are NOT included in the published rental price and guests will be charged separately. A checkout cleaning will automatically be added to the final price.

Moreover, an additional cleaning service will be provided for each additional 30-day period at a charge of 95€ per service and must be paid by the guest. This monthly cleaning service is mandatory to ensure that the apartment is always properly cleaned and maintained.

Pets are allowed (maximum one large dog or two small dogs/cats) for an additional charge of 150€ per pet/month (maximum 300€ per pet/stay).

For stays of more than 32 nights, an additional Seasonal Rental Contract must be signed as required by local regulations (Law 11/2025 of the Generalitat de Catalunya), and the security deposit may be increased to cover the longer period of stay.
