Fantastic villa with good sized rooms so everyone had space. Great facilities and the kitchen was very well equipped. We cooked a few evenings in the villa and it was very easy and straightforward to do. We really enjoyed all the relaxing areas in the garden, around the pool and in the sitting room. As we were a group of adults we appreciated that every room had its own bathroom with shower. Thanks for a great stay.

You should stay here

Fantastic house perfect for our group of 8. Javier was excellent and responsive to any issue and had great restaurant recommendations. Location also was perfect - walk to everything, including train to Barcelona. Amazing vacation 10 out of 10.

Best Xmas Ever

Best neighborhood (close to town, close to the beach, on a quiet street), plenty of rooms, plenty of bathrooms, plenty of space, incredibly well-stocked kitchen with enough serving plates and china to service at least two families, and a marvelous host. All in all a very rare find in Sitges.

Beautiful villa, very private, plenty of space to be together or to be alone. Plenty of space for sun and shade, great for relaxing. No problems with showers as we have often found in other holiday places. Javier very helpful and kept good communication. Easy walk to the beach - beautiful!

Perfect location

This is the absolute perfect location for exploring sitges- just a few blocks from the main center of town, and a few blocks the other direction to all of the beaches. The house was perfect for myself, my husband, and two boys in their 20s. We all had plenty of room to spread out and the Wi-Fi was very speedy. Thanks again for a wonderful stay and we will definitely be back.

Fabulous! Beautiful home full of all/any amenities we needed. Everyone enjoyed the outdoor patio on a daily basis. Wonderful to sit by the pool. Javier is a wonderful and caring host. So helpful with directions and locations.

Incredible stay!! Beautiful home!

Such a beautiful home. I took my family (7 adults) to Sitges and we’re already planning another one! Javier was so welcoming and wonderful. The house has everything that you need and even more! He gave us some wonderful recommendations. Everything is walkable and the beaches are so beautiful. Restaurants and bars were so quaint and the food so yummy. If you’re visiting Sitges, I highly recommend staying at this home. Thanks again Javier!

Fantastisk location and very well equipped house. Some are missing such as a defective safe, a clogged drain and a bedroom Dior that could not be closed. We lover the house and the location.

Great Fanily stay in Sitges

Property is as advertised. Located roughly a 10 min (easy) walk from the train station, and a 2 min walk to the beach. Kids playground is 2 mins walk, as well. Restaurants/bars located about a 4 - 6 minute walk away. Groceries about the same away from the house. Plenty of room for larger groups so they aren't on top of one another, and the house has heat pumps to keep it cool when things get hot. Pool is the perfect size and not too deep for kids. Having access to the garage and the beach amenities was an amazing feature, as well. Javier the Host is communicative, and helpful when you need anything, as well. Will be coming back sometime in the future! Thank you, Javier!

Séjour à Sitges - Location d'une Villa 5*

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour entre amis pendant 4 jours du 30 avril au 4 mai 2025, une mention toute particulière pour Xavier, la qualité de l'accueil, sa disponibilité et sa gentillesse nous ont tout de suite mis dans de bonnes dispositions pour la suite du week-end.La villa est très fonctionnelle, la décoration est très originale pour un lieu de vacance, on se croirait invité chez l'habitant, l'endroit a une âme et il ne manque rien que ce soit pour l'entretien quotidien de la maison, pour cuisiner, pour se relaxer tout est complet jusqu'aux parapluies (au cas où) et en effet lors d'une matinée ils ont fait le job ...Barbecue, piscine, deux terrasses et la place de stationner 3 véhicules dans la propriété en toute sécurité, l'idéal pour profiter pleinement de son séjour !Pour ceux qui connaissent Sitges l'emplacement est excellent, pour les autres il suffit de dire que vous êtes à distance de marche de toutes les commodités sans besoin d'utiliser la voiture, une maison individuelle à cet endroit c'est une perle rare !Bien sûr qu'il existera toujours des imperfections pour les plus exigeants, pour notre part, nous sommes habitués à venir régulièrement à Sitges depuis plus de 10 ans dans des lieux différents (Appartement, Villa, Hôtel, etc..) et cette Maison pleine de qualités à fait l'unanimité chez tous nos convives !Encore une fois, Merci Xavier.

Maravillosa casa en el centro de Sitges

Es la segunda vez que nos alojamos en la casa y repetiremos sin duda. Casa amplísima, con todo lo necesario y situada en un lugar ideal, una calle tranquila junto al centro de Sitges y junto a la playa. Los porches y la piscina te permiten hacer vida al aire libre. Javier, como siempre, es amabilísimo y ayuda en lo que necesites. Un 10.

Une maison de vacances par excellence ! Tout a été pensé par l’hôte pour que l’on passe un bon séjour. Bonne literie, large choix d'ustensiles pour cuisiner, de jeux… Un grand plus pour la possibilité de garer sa voiture dans le jardin. Beaucoup de commerces à proximité. Vacaciones perfectas

Este alojamiento es perfecto para pasar unos días en Sitges. Tanto la casa como el jardín son preciosos, mucho mejor incluso de lo que se ve en las fotos. Los niños disfrutaron mucho de la piscina y los mayores de los porches (en dos orientaciones, por lo que siempre hay algún área de sombra). La cocina y habitaciones están muy bien decoradas y equipadas con todo lo necesario, mucho menaje, toallas, etc. Los anfitriones estuvieron accesibles en todo momento. Por último, la situación es inmejorable, en una zona tranquila a 5 minutos caminando de la playa y otros 5 minutos caminando del casco urbano con supermercados, bares… Repetiríamos sin dudar.

Excellent Property!

Beautifully maintained villa in the heart of Sitges. The villa has a very well equipped kitchen with all you need to enjoy your stay. Grocery stores, restaurants and beaches are all within walking distance. The rooms on the second floor are large with ample closet space and comfortable beds. The two rooms downstairs are smaller, but equally comfortable. The bathrooms are large, very clean and with a good number of towels provided. The pool is absolutely wonderful! A great place to relax after the beach and after dinner with cocktails. The front porch is also lovely, with a well kept garden that is the perfect setting for your morning coffee, breakfast or cocktails in the evening. Javier is a wonderful host! He even accommodated our delayed arrival (12AM) to warmly greet us and give us a tour of the house. He was very easy to engage with before and during the rental. We look forward to staying here again next time we visit Sitges.
