Set over three floors the house boasts a bathroom on each floor, a comfortable living room, outdoor space and even a dining turned to pool or table tennis table in the back room.
Ideally located close to the airport, Wythenshawe Hospital, and many supermarkets. The tram stop is just a 5 minute walk and the property has it's own car parking space along side ample street parking

The conservatory features a dining turned to pool or table tennis table. Use this room as a games room or an additional dining room for larger groups.

The state-of-the art kitchen fully equipped with kitchen with hob, kettle, toaster, air fryer fridge/ freezer, plates, crockery, cutlery and kitchen utensils to create amazing dishes in your home away from home..

The dining area seats 6 and is ideal for enjoying home cooked meals together.
Guest access
Guests have access to the whole property. 24/7 check in via key safe, and access to the property is via the main door to the house. Access codes will be provided before your check in. Property contains two sets of stairs and, one car can easily park on the drive and ample parking on the road.

IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.

The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.

Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
