Arcadia Residences 302
Arcadia Residences offers exquisite contemporary apartments in Kato Paphos. The modern designed development is situated in the gorgeous residential area within walking distance to the beach and the famous Kato Paphos Promenade.
The four-story building boasts only 7 ultra-modern apartments, each with spectacular city and sea views. Its residents can enjoy a visit to the top floor and spend some downtime in roof garden alongside a sparkling swimming pool. Sunsets from Arcadia Residences roof top are absolutely breath-taking.
The property is located only 5 minutes' walk from the most animated area in Paphos - Kato Paphos. This is an ideal location within walking distance of all amenities including the Harbor, supermarkets and shops of all types, banks, pharmacies, archaeological sites and schools. There is also an abundance of restaurants, tavernas and bars for entertainment. Kato Paphos is built around the harbor where Paphos Castle stands. The castle was originally a Byzantine fort built to protect the harbor. It was re-built by the Lusignan in the 13th century, taken down in 1570 by the Venetians who were unable to defend it against the Ottomans, who in their turn restored and strengthened it after capturing the island. The legacy of the town's remarkable history adds up to nothing less than an open museum, so much so that UNESCO added the entire town to its World Cultural Heritage List. Among the treasures unearthed are the remarkable mosaics in the Houses of Dionysos, Theseus and Alion, beautifully preserved after 16 centuries under the soil. Then there are the mysterious vaults and caves, the Tomb of the Kings, the pillar to which Saint Paul was allegedly tied and whipped and the ancient Odeon Theatre. Within the Harbor are many boats and catamarans where you can take a trip out to see the beautiful coastline of Paphos. Kato Paphos has a regular bus service to Pano Paphos and also to Coral Bay passing Tomb of the Kings, Chloraka, and Kissonerga en-route via the coast road.
This one-bedroom apartment is located on the second floor, the building is equipped with a lift. As you enter you will find yourself in a modernly living area furnished with sofa, coffee table, flat screen smart TV which is connected with kitchen and dining area. The fully equipped kitchen has modern appliances offering a fridge/freezer, hob (electric), oven, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, coffee maker, extractor hood, microwave, plates, forks, spoons, knifes, pots, pans, tea and coffee cups, water and wine glasses and everything you need for a self-catering holiday. Glass sliding doors lead you to terrace where you can enjoy mesmerizing views. Double bedroom has spacious closet. In the corridor located bathroom and small laundry place with washing machine. The living area and bedroom are equipped with an air conditioning unit for both cooling and heating. The property offers private covered parking. All bedding, bath towels, beach towels, hairdryer, iron board and iron are supplied. Electricity and Wi-Fi are included.

From Paphos Airport head towards Paphos and take a left at the first round about down a new dual carriageway. You will then reach a roundabout and you will take a right. You continue straight, through many small rounds about and traffic lights. Once you reach the traffic lights where there is a large church on the left (just after the lights) you turn left. (If you reach the roundabout by Kings Avenue Mall, you have gone too far, come back to the traffic lights (then the church will be on your right and you turn right) At the end of the road you take a left again and follow the round until the road starts to bend to the right. On your right hand you will see Island Blue building - it's your building. Next to it there is a building under construction Arcadia tower 3. (If you come up from the seafront road, you take the road opposite Almyra hotel and pass the post office and continue another 100 meters. The building is just after constructed building on your left.

You continue straight, through round about and traffic lights, until you reach the seafront and the Olympic Lagoon Hotel is straight ahead of you. You turn right and continue straight until you reach the Almyra Hotel, and you take a right turn facing the hotel. Go straight up the road and as the road bears left, you will see the Post office on your left and in around 100 meter you will see the building on your left, just after the constructed one.
The entrance code is: #9876#.
The key box is next to the door of the apartment 302: the code is...... Please replace the key in this box on departure and scramble the code.

No parties are allowed in the villa.
No loud music outside, and no music / loud activities outside after 11pm.
No Confetti and no hanging of decoration is also allowed.

All Barbeques should be made on the small stones in the garden and NOT on the patio tiles.
All garbage should be removed from the villa and placed in the outside bins provided.

Regarding electrical utilities each of them have their own switch, you will need to keep on in order to use it. As also for the water to be warm for shower please use the heater boost for minimum 30min per person and then to have a shower otherwise it will be cold.
