Emerald development, a true gem, consists of four floors with six bright and spacious apartments. These exquisite apartments benefit from modern interiors, excellent quality materials and large terraces with beautiful views. This extraordinary building is located just a few minutes from the coastal area of Paphos.
As you enter the apartment, you will find yourself in a modern living area furnished with a sofa, a coffee table, a flat screen smart TV, which is connected to the kitchen and dining area. The fully equipped kitchen has modern appliances and all you need for a self-catering holiday. Glass sliding doors lead you to the terrace where you can enjoy mesmerising views.
The double bedroom has its own toilet and walk-in shower, the other room is furnished with two single beds, and both have spacious closets. In the corridor located a bathroom was located.
Air conditioning and internet signal throughout the apartment.
Outside are of the property offers private covered parking, swimming pool area with sunbeds, outdoor shower and WC and a well-maintained garden.
The building is located in a residential area and only a short walk from the picturesque harbour, the beach, the ancient fort and the busy restaurant district. Also, it is conveniently close to the Old Town of Paphos, where you will find, among many other necessities, shops, supermarkets, museums, the library, post office and police station. The King’s Avenue Mall (Cyprus’ biggest shopping mall) is situated only a ten-minute walk away.

- Departure Checklist: Before leaving, please close all windows and return the key to the lockbox.

From Paphos Airport head towards Paphos and take a left at the first round about down a new dual carriageway. You will then reach a roundabout and you will take a right. You continue straight, through the traffic lights. On the third traffic light before the EKO petrol station you need to turn right. The building on the right side. Drive straight to turn around and enter the parking.
Emerald is a modern apartment - development, ideally located in a central tourist location of Paphos City. It comprises a 5-store building with 6 Apartments Apartments on levels 2 and have similar internal layouts and are of one and one bedrooms with large verandas. On the third level is a two-bedroom apartment and on fourth and third level a duplex penthouse with large veranda and jacuzzi tap on the top level.
