Wellbeing Villa at Apanema Mindfulness Lefkada

It`s not just a good name... `Wellbeing`...I t is the natural energy flowing around. Surrounded by vineyards, peaceful hills, olive groves and birdsongs. `Wellbeing Villa` is one of the 4 stone villas at Apanema Mindfulness Resort in Lefkada.

`Wellbeing Villa` is the third house as you enter through the gates of Apanema Mindfulness. It has a private parking, a lovely terrace, and a large garden area with views to the green surroundings. The only noise you will hear from time to time is the songs of the birds. To the left, the swimming pool. To the right, `Wellbeing Villa` is about 10 meters away. This makes conversations private and gives you freedom to be... The space is very quiet, relaxing, and focused on wellbeing. Also, forever-green.

4 adults can sleep here comfortably. 2 in the bedroom and 2 on the nice sofa bed. The villa can also be rented for 1 or 2 guests only. We offer a baby crib free of charge. Just ask for it when you book.

Open for bookings all year round, our private villas resort in Lefkada offers some very nice and rare features for staying 365 days per year. The swimming pool is heated in the cold season. Which is not that cold anyway. The Swedish sauna is next to the swimming pool and is a great way to relax from the madness of day-to-day life.

Apanema Mindfulness is a private villa complex, fully fenced, with access for the resort guests only. Together with a local, we have designed a Zen Garden for meditation, yoga, or any other spiritual practice. We all love a good massage. That is why the Massage Hut was created. Get it here, or choose the Zen Garden or your own villa. Just tell us when and where you want your massage. The newest addition is the Glass Mindfulness Pavilion. It was designed for Yoga classes or other forms of practicing mindfulness techniques.

Both owners of the resort are seriously practicing and also guiding others into Yoga Tai Chi Qigong. From time to time, they organize private Mindfulness Retreats here at Apanema. This is for all of you out there who are a little bit burnt out, or just want a break from all the noise inside the mind. We believe and feel Apanema Mindfulness is a place where time stands still... And so...we want people coming here to meet the most relaxed version of themselves.

The village Asprogerakata is one of the mountain villages in Sfakiotes area of Lefkada Island. It`s an old and established community and the villages are full of traditional stone houses with flower beds and shady verandas.

It is strongly recommended to drive a car or a motor bike when you stay at Apanema Mindfulness. The bus service is very rare and the schedule is inconvenient. Taxi service from Lefkada town to the complex is approximately 15-20 euros. All the basic shopping is available by foot in the village of Lazarata 2km away. Massive shopping can be done in Lefkada Town at Lidl, Sklavenitis or AB Supermarkets (15-20 minute drive).

The nearest beach is Pefkulia just 5 km drive through a scenic gorge. For Agios Nikitas & Kathisma drive a few more kilometers. The nearest bakery is 2 km away, easy, flat, walking distance. Lefkada Town (the capital of the island) is 8 km away and the center of mountainous Lefkada, Karya traditional village, is 5 km away with some very nice coffee bars and one of the most famous taverns around. For all the other beaches on the West Coast you need to drive 15-40 minutes, depending on where you desire to go.

Guests can ask questions regarding the villas, the island, living in Greece, Greek culture and food. Our staff speaks Greek, English, Hebrew, Spanish and Romanian.

Our full Resort of 4 luxury stone villas in Lefkada can be booked for private events, weddings, team-buildings, hiking groups or biking trips. Total number of guests we can accommodate: 19 adults. If accommodation for larger groups is needed we can arrange something close by for the extra guests.
