●Stylish, welcoming home for up to 7 guests with sunny private garden.
●Fantastic central seaside location, within 10 minutes walk to the gorgeous Margate Seafront, Dreamland and the Old Town.
●Coastal Haven: Spacious layout featuring 4 bedrooms, perfect for families or friends seeking a cosy getaway by the sea and within easy reach of attractions.
●Equipped with modern amenities and all the homely touches you need to feel comfortable during your stay.
The space
We’re excited to welcome you to our home in Margate, just a stone’s throw from the beach and local town.
Our terraced property, spread over 3 floors, is ideally located in a peaceful cul de sac, within minutes reach by foot to the bustling town of Margate and the gorgeous seafront with its epic sunsets and variety of quirky bars and restaurants, offering everything from pub grub to fine dining. Dreamland Margate is just 10 minutes away by foot.
The property contains a total of 2 double bedrooms, 2 single bedrooms, a living area with ample sofa space, and dining table and chairs, a modern kitchen with breakfast bar, 2 bathrooms and a private garden with bench seating and BBQ.
Apartment Layout:
Enter through the street door and into the hallway, leading on to our cosy lounge containing 2 large comfy sofas, side tables with lamps, mirror and a smart television, complete with apps like Netflix to enjoy at your leisure. By the window there is also a circular dining table with 6 chairs.
Back through the hallway, you will discover the modern kitchen, containing an electrical oven and stove as well as a built-in fridge/freezer. The kitchen is equipped with all the essentials you need such as a microwave, toaster, coffee machine and kettle. To the right there is a small bathroom with a toilet and shower.
Through the kitchen, you can step out onto our gorgeous private garden with lawn and patio space, pebbled walls and bench seating as well as table and chairs and 2 sun loungers. There is also a small outhouse for storage where you can find a washing machine and a BBQ available for your use.
Next to the kitchen are stairs leading downward into a large double bedroom, containing a comfy king size bed, bedside table and lamp, wardrobe, full length mirror and laundry basket. This bedroom also has its own street access through a private front door and landing.
Up the first set of stairs, you will find the main bathroom, featuring a bathtub with an overhead shower, sink and toilet. Past that is a single bedroom, containing a wardrobe and single bed, and another single pull-out trundle bed underneath. Up another small set of stairs you enter another double bedroom, containing a king sized bed, bedside tables with lamps and drawers, a wardrobe and a chest of drawers. Next to that is a smaller single bedroom, containing a single bed, mirror, and small chest of drawers with a lamp.
On the top floor hallway you will also find a cupboard containing a safe, which guests can use for valuable items.
You will have access to the entire property. I won’t be around but Pass The Keys will be managing the property on my behalf and will be available to contact 24/7 for any assistance you may need.
We provide complimentary tea, coffee, and essential toiletries for the initial days of your stay. Should you require more, it is only a 3 minute walk to the nearest supermarket.
The property does not have an allocated parking space however paid parking can be found within 5 minutes walk and free parking within 10 minutes walk.
IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.
The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
