Great view and very clean. Too many keys to get in and out. Parking is difficult for more than one car.

Great location with fantastic views, once you can find it! It was incredibly difficult to find this location. This could be easily solved with a google pin for the actual location as the Apple maps address does not take you to the right place. A huge bunch of keys for gates (garage x 2, property x 2, laundry). There are several sets of stairs to get to the apartment, so not recommended for people with mobility issues. The apartment is part of a complex with a shared swimming pool. The pool did not look clean so we did not get to use that.The sofa in the living room is very uncomfortable. We were a family of 4, parents with 2 kids, 20 and 17. The master bedroom on the upper floor shares a bathroom with one bedroom. The master has fantastic views across the lake! The other bedroom is on the main floor.The laundry facilities are in a separate location on the complex property, which would mean you sitting with your laundry while it completes. I felt that the laundry description was a little deceiving.While the views are stunning, the apartment is on the main narrow road with no pedestrian facilities. If you have more than 1 car, there are no additional parking facilities. There is one restaurant within walking distance; otherwise, you need a car. The apartment was clean (we would have liked to see some kitchen basics like coffee pods/tea bags) and we did appreciate the bottles of water in the fridge. We enjoyed our stay, grateful that it was just 2 days.

The property was disappointing, not as advertised and difficult.We chose this property for the amenities and the accessibility. The pool and on site laundry being important. After arrival at the property we found out the pool was out of service, there were multiple flights of exterior stairs to get the unit and the laundry is outside the gate and down the road.The check in process and communication was extremely difficult. I reached out 2 weeks before our arrival to find out what the process would be since our party was arriving at 2 different times. I was informed that check in must be completed at their office in Como (30 min from property). After many messages, we were offered check in at the property for an additional charge. Then, the day of check in we were sent a message stating we could check in by videocall. Payment was also difficult-an international wire transfer was requested but not possible from my bank. A 3rd party was suggested but didn't work. After over 20 messages, I was able to pay with my credit card.Since the property was not as advertised, we requested an alternative accommodation. We waited several hours between responses. A few alternatives were sent, but did not have enough beds or the amenities necessary. In the end, we insisted on a refund of one night's charges.Host doesn't respond timely to messages. Property was cleanish, but shower didn't drain and no one came to fix it. Location is great, but for the price there are many better options.
