Enjoy this bright, peaceful, and centrally located duplex penthouse located in a residential neighborhood in the heart of Mataró, just steps from the beach! This accommodation is only a 5-minute walk from the train station, with a direct line to Barcelona.
Excellent location, just 25 km from Barcelona and 30 km from the Costa Brava. It is the ideal place for those who want to explore both the city and the spectacular nearby beaches and coves from a privileged spot by the sea.
Equipped with everything you might need for a relaxing stay, including air conditioning, TV, and free WiFi, the apartment is spread over two floors:
Lower Floor:
• BEDROOM 1: Bedroom with a double bed, built-in wardrobe, access to the balcony, and en-suite bathroom.
• BATHROOM: Full bathroom with a shower.
• KITCHEN: Kitchen integrated into the living room, fully equipped with an oven, refrigerator, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, and kettle.
• LIVING-DINING ROOM: With a sofa, TV, and access to the balcony where the washing machine is located.
• BALCONY: Includes a washing machine, iron, and ironing board.
Upper Floor:
• BEDROOM 2: In the upper floor foyer, there is a sofa bed, wardrobe, and access to the terrace.
• TERRACE: Spacious 20 sqm terrace with a sun lounger and a large table, an ideal space for dining on summer nights.
Located on the second floor of a building with an elevator.
We will be at your disposal throughout your stay for anything you may need via the platform and our contact phone numbers.
We provide bed linens and towels, hand soap, and basic amenities.
We also offer a crib and a booster seat upon prior request and subject to availability.
*Crib service: €15.00, booster seat: €5.00
We arrange transfers to and from the airport.
This apartment has the official tourist license from the local authorities.
The local tourist tax is not included. The current tourist tax must be paid at check-in. It costs €1.10 per adult over 16 years old per night, for a maximum of 7 nights.

* The apartment is privately owned, we ask that you take reasonable care to avoid the possibility of theft.
* According to local regulations, it is mandatory to show personal identification (identity card or passport).
* Garbage must be taken out periodically to avoid odors and dirt and deposited in the containers located on the street.
*We do not allow smoking inside the apartment, however, you can do so on the terraces. Please use the ashtrays available.
* No more people than those registered in the reservation can be accommodated or invited.
* Pets and parties are not allowed. The peace and tranquility of the neighbors must be respected from 22:00 to 08:00. If we receive complaints from neighbors about loud music, noise or antisocial behavior we will claim the full amount of the deposit and we reserve the right to expel the apartment without refund.
ADDITIONAL PAYMENTS
* The local tourist tax is not included: €1.10 per adult (>16) per day (with a maximum charge of 7 nights) and must be paid at check-in in cash.(Important: From April 1st, 2026, the tourist tax will increase to €1,93 per adult per night, as determined by the competent authorities).
*The use of aacc carries a supplement of €5 per day to be paid upon arrival.
*A deposit payment of €300 is required via credit card upon arrival. The deposit will be refunded to the same card, after the apartment inspection, 7 days after the check-out date (Airbnb reservations exempted).
We kindly ask you to avoid waste and make responsible use of electricity and water supplies. Excessive consumption may cause the deduction of amounts from the deposit.
* Failure to return each set of keys will result in a charge of €60.
* Bath towels cannot be taken to the beach. Returning these in poor condition or with stains from makeup, tanning lotion, oil or shoe soles will incur a charge of €10 per towel.
