About this property

Do you fancy skiing in the morning and relaxing on the beach in the afternoon?

Our apartment is situated on a luxury gated development in the heart of Velez de Benaudalla, just 15 mins from the beach or just over 1 hour to the Sierra Nevada mountains. The development was built in 2008 with beautiful communal areas in the style of the Arab Nazari gardens which the area is famous for. The apartment sleeps up to 5 and comprises of three floors with two internal floors of living accommodation and an upper sun terrace which runs the full width of the building offering fantastic views of the mountains, sunbathing and alfresco dining.

Un apartamento excelente con todas las comodidades para dentro y fuera de casa (incluye tumbonas para playa o piscina, sombrillas, accesorios para niños, juegos de mesa, etc). Una comunicación perfecta y rápida con Tim el anfitrión y Janet, su encargada en el lugar. Y el enclave perfecto para descansar o realizar multitud de visitas a los pueblos de la zona o playas a 15 o 20 minutos. Sin duda recomendable y para repetir. Gracias por todo.

I like the outdoors, walking, climbing, running and cycling. I enjoy making sure our guests have the same great experience we do when we travel for holidays.

Why they chose this property

We decided to purchase this apartment 10 years ago following a family holiday. Velez de Benaudalla is a stunning village. The surrounding countryside offers amazing mountainous views with opportunity for many sight seeing trips. We really enjoy the apartments close proximity to the local beaches/coast (15 minutes) but the genuine Spanish village with it's many restaurants, bars and shops. Skiing is also available during the winter months in the Sierra Nevada mountains which are only 1 hour away.

What makes this property unique

We have made our apartment very homely with all the creature comforts you could want including surround sound entertainment, video console and smart TVs.

There is a stunning private roof terrace at the top of the building with amazing views of the mountains. Its a great place to sunbath during the day and star gaze at night.

The complex is a gated community with shared swimming pools open May to September. The communal gardens are in the style of the Arab Nazari Gardens and illuminated at night with coloured lighting. It all feels very special.
