Villa Joanna Sol is a spacious 3 bedroom property located in the heart of Matagorda. It is the perfect place to relax with a wonderful, covered terrace, private pool and a great, light open plan living space. It is only a 5 minute walk to Playa Lima, and 10 minutes’ walk from the centre of Matagorda, with all its shops and restaurants. The villa is also all on 1 level. WiFi, pool heating and air conditioning/heating in the bedrooms are included.
Located in a residential area, Villa Joanna Sol is just a 10 minute walk to the centre of Matagorda. It has a great variety of shops and restaurants to choose from parallel to the main promenade. Just 5 minutes’ walk from the villa is the popular sandy beach of Playa Lima, in addition, the beautiful beaches of Playa Pocillos and Playa Grande are within 10 minutes’ drive. You are also 10 minutes’ drive from the popular resort of Puerto del Carmen, the perfect spot for retail therapy, or trying the wealth of bars and restaurants it has on offer.
