Bungalow with beautiful roof top views, Minutes from the Marina

15 Minutes by Taxi from the airport- Perfect to chill, relax, unwind and recharge the batteries. Suits couples/family and if your single the feel safe factor is here. All the reasons why we purchased it and more! Quiet for sleep, reading and private sunbathing on the balcony. On top of that if you want a more vibrant night life Puerto Del Carmen is 8 minutes in a taxi or a calming water-taxi at the marina.
Beautiful property with outstanding views from the roof terrace were you can lounge on the corner suite or sunbeds and take in the beautiful sunrise/sunset. You can see the sea from one side and the volcanoes from the other. The property is not overlooked and allows you to relax/sunbathe in private. The pools are beautiful and mainly peaceful. We find Puerto Calero peaceful and relaxing but there are restaurants galore and a couple of bars.

The property has 2 bedrooms with one en-suite and both have air conditioning. The main bedroom has patio doors leading on to the side of the property.

The area Puerto Calero is a mariner and is 8 minutes walk from the villa (10-15 back as its slightly up hill plus wine) with restaurants looking out onto the mariner. Restaurant prices are average throughout Lanzarote. It has a few designer shops and there's a supermarket, chemist and a few bars and a lovely cocktail bar were you can lounge on the sofas outside and sip one of your favorite cocktails whilst looking at the beautiful yachts/boat scenery. It is very relaxing place to be.

If you want the odd night out on the town Puerto Del Carmen is 6 euros by taxi or for the more adventurous a 40 minute walk along the rugged coast line which is most enjoyable whilst working up an appetite. It costs 17-20 euros approx form the airport to the villa.

Really enjoyed our 10 day stay at this bungalow. Great facilities and location, Bar b q really good...lovely welcome pack for when we arrived. Very clean, quiet and 5 mins walk from Super dino supermarket. Pool was lovely and clean, again very quiet...there are no sunbed towels provided....remember to take your own. Private terrace at the top of the bungalow which was a bonus. Would recommend and hopefully return next year

Another excellent stay

As I have said in previous reviews, this is a fine property, set in a lovely garden within a well maintained and very pretty small complex. Puerto Calero is an excellent location. We can’t fault it and have been staying here for a couple of weeks for the past 4 years.

We had a wonderful time, we stayed at the property for 4 weeks over Christmas and we enjoyed it immensely. There was everything one would need at the villa, and it was very spacious we loved it.

Comfortable two bed villa, with a well appointed kitchen for those evenings when you want to sit relaxing. Oven and hob worked well. The welcome basket was very useful for the first day. Great WiFi and the TV looked good (we didn't use it). The walk-in shower was a bonus with powerful hot water. A short walk to the busy bars and restaurants in the harbour, and the spa hotel at the top. A new supermarket is a 5 minute walk nearby and has everything you need. The roof terrace is a great place to sunbathe, and has a covered area to sit out of the sun. We will definitely stay again.

What an excellent property! Tranquil, calming, spacious and extremely well maintained and clean. Beautiful views and a very pretty garden with comfortable outdoor furniture. The bedrooms were roomy with good quality beds and great bathrooms too. A lovely walk down the hill to great restaurants and plenty of parking next to the property. The property owner is extremely friendly and helpful which we really appreciated. Thank you Jackie. We would return in an instant!Wonderful!

A gem in Puerto Calero

Perfectly equipped, very clean bungalow in a great location. The nearby pool is beautiful and well maintained. Just a short walk from the Marina, bars and restaurants. Highly recommended.

A wonderful place to stay

We had a great stay at Jackie's place. Everything was as described. The air con in the bedrooms worked great. The kitchen had everything we needed. The outdoor area is beautiful and offers a lot of privacy in the various lounge areas. The service on site was also very attentive and took care of everything. The new HiperDino within walking distance has everything for daily needs. We would come back at any time.

Exactly what we were looking for

We really enjoyed staying in this house for a week. The location is excellent, the community pool was a nice plus for the kids, and the house itself was clean and cosy and had everything we needed. The contact with the owner and the caretaker was quick and always friendly. We had a lovely stay, I would book it again in an instant if I'd ever go back to Lanzarote

Perfection

Beautiful bungalow and decor. Holiday 2/3 times a year in Lanzarote, normally Playa Blanca and first time for us not in hotel. Beautiful walks along the coast , short walk to marina for food and drinks. Ideal location. We have been splint , can’t wait to return but for 2 weeks next time

Relaxing Holiday in a Great Location.

Lovely bungalow with lots of out door space, close to the communal pool which at times we had to ourselves . We hired a car and this was a perfect base to travel the island as well as being in walking distance to the beautiful marina with its excellent choice of restaurants. The welcome pack was truly appreciated as it helped us get over the first day and allowed us to relax after the flight. We would definitely return without hesitation as we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the bungalow.

An Ideal place to relax

We were lucky enough to spend Christmas and New Year in this villa, ideally located with mountain and sea views and a short walk down to the port with a good selection of restaurants. The roof terrace is a real bonus with uninterrupted sunshine and great sunsets. The villa was very homely with interior decor finished to a high standard. The perfect way to round off the year.

We our a family of 4 and have traveled to Lanzarote for 10 years. We mainly stayed in Puerto Calero but traveled by car to most areas of Lanzarote. My husband is a keen runner and loves to run along the water font. We both work full time ad are always busy so we value, like many others, getting the right place to holiday.

Why they chose this property

We purchased this property for lots of reasons. One being the stunning views from the roof terrace and the way the property is positioned its not overlooked and because it is at the end it has more outside pace than the others. The pools are also another lovely reason. The layout of the property seems to fit really nice. Its so close to amenities without them being on your doorstep. If you have a car it can be parked to the side of the property. Its within a short Distance for the airport so you don't have to get a car if you just want to take it easy and also a short distance from Puerto del carmen which is too noisy for us but we like to go for the shopping or a night out now and again.

What makes this property unique

A complimentary package for your arrival so you don't need to worry about going shopping on you 1st day. Great if your flight is late.
