This flat was renovated in 2022 and stands out for its modern and elegant furnishings.
The property consists of a double room, a complete bathroom with shower, bidet, washbasin, toilet and washing machine, a spacious living room with open kitchen and access to the magnificent panoramic balcony. The south-facing and therefore particularly sunny balcony offers a spectacular panoramic view of Ortisei and the surrounding Dolomites. The modern open kitchen has a dishwasher, hob, coffee machine, fridge, microwave, cooking utensils, cutlery, crockery and much more. Wi-Fi, linen and towels are provided free of charge.

According to recent provincial law this apartment can accommodate a maximum of:
- Adults (from 14 years): 4
- The remaining beds can only be occupied by children up to 13.99 years of age at the time of departure

Villa Hetty 2 offers an apartment, completely renovated in the year 2021, and is located approx. 10 minutes walk from the center of Ortisei Val Gardena, in a particularly sunny and panoramic area.
The modern and high-quality furnishings guarantee maximum comfort for your holidays in Val Gardena.
In winter the Dolomiti Superski ski lifts are easy to reach, either on foot (Rasciesa at 500 m, Seceda at 800 m) or with the free ski bus, which stops 200 m from the house.
In summer you will find yourself just a stone's throw from the wood and a few minutes' walk from the lifts. You can enjoy the Dolomites’ sun from the magnificent south-facing balcony with its spectacular panoramic view of the Dolomites.
Various services such as restaurants, bars, shops, rentals and much more are located approx. 800 m from the house.
Villa Hetty 2 also offers outdoor parking, Wi-Fi, storage room, ski room with boot warmer, washing machine in both apartments, linen and towels free of charge.

Not all houses allow pets. To avoid misunderstandings, we ask you to inform us by separate mail if you intend to bring them with you. In houses where pets are allowed, there is a surcharge of € 15.00 / animal / night. Baby cot, high chair and cot rail are available for a fee and must be booked in advance.
Check-In after 7 p.m. only possible with prior notification by 6 p.m. day of arrival and upon submission of required documents and payment of tourist tax + extras by credit card for check-in
Heating is on from October to April (during this period the heating is not on if the outside temperature exceeds 15°c or if the inside temperature reaches or exceeds 21°C)
Charging of electric vehicles or other storage devices not permitted, unless otherwise stated in the advertisement. If allowed, it is available only after reconfirmation by MUSE.holiday and at a variable extra cost.
In case of wasted electricity, gas or other utilities there is an additional cost (e.g.: lights on all day in the absence of guests, heating running with open windows).
It is duty of the guests to open the windows at least twice a day, once in the morning and once in the evening, for at least 5 minutes each, to let humidity exit the apartment and avoid mold formation. If this rule is not respected and mold is found upon departure of the guests, costs to restore the apartment integrity will apply.
Due to the geographical location, Wi-Fi may be interrupted or slowed down, so this service is not always guaranteed.
The house is not equipped with foodstuffs such as cooking spices or various consumables such as shampoo, soap, etc... Any consumables present are intended only as a welcome kit and will not be refilled during your stay.
The payments required to enter the flat are the tourist tax + pre-authorization through SWIKLY of the security deposit by credit card of 500€.
If not previously agreed, the physical keys, the benefit card and other accessories provided at check-in are to be returned to the MUSE.holiday office in Via Arnaria 9A in Ortisei, otherwise 50€ will be charged for key collection.
The final cleaning amount covers a standard cleaning only. It does not include the washing of the dishes and the removal of trash from the apartments to the indicated spots. Therefore, excessively dirty apartments, dishes not washed, and trash not removed will be amended with a variable extra fee, basing on the entity of the working hours surplus.
