Villa Carmela is located in the village of Na Macaret near Arenal Den Castell. This attractive villa is ideal If you are looking for a modern design property with outstanding sea views. The pretty cove of Na Macaret is within 5 minutes’ walking distance with a couple of restaurants for you to choose from. The larger resort of Arenal Den Castell is just a 5 minute drive away and has ample bars, shops and restaurants on offer. Pool Heating, WiFi, Air vent cooling/heating ducted system in the lounge and bedrooms are included.

Villa Carmela is nestled in the pretty village of Na Macaret, a traditional residential area within 5 minutes' drive of the lively resort of Arenal Den Castell.  A short 5 minute walk takes you from the villa to the picturesque, sandy cove of Na Macaret and a couple of local restaurants. Arenal den Castell has much to offer with an abundance of bars and restaurants to choose from. The picturesque crescent shaped bay with crystal clear waters for swimming or snorkelling is a wonderful spot to spend a relaxing day at the beach.

Balearics Sustainable Tourism Tax - €2.20 per person per night for guests aged 16 and over. 50% reduction for the 9th night onwards and a 75% reduction from 1 November to 30 April. Payable after guest details entered during check-in.

Air cooling/heating is a ducted system. Each unit does not work independently, you cannot have cold in one room and hot in another. The temperature can be controlled once the whole system is operating.
