The house is spacious and cozy, featuring a living room with a wood-burning stove and a long dining table, perfect for family meals or social evenings. There is also a winter garden with a sofa bed, round table, and chairs, providing extra space to relax indoors. The property includes two bathrooms: one with a shower and toilet, and a second with a shower, whirlpool, washing machine, and access to the sauna, ensuring comfort for all guests. Sleeping arrangements include a main floor bedroom, plus two lofts (hems) connected to the living area. One loft is accessed via a staircase and the other via a ladder, each with two sleeping places, making the home flexible for families or groups. Outside, the partially covered terrace features a long dining table, grill, and various outdoor games, ideal for enjoying meals, sunny days, and family fun. Please note that the private tennis court is currently unavailable. Guests must provide their own firewood or briquettes for the wood-burning stove, as the owner’s supply is for private use. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
