Charming coastal retreat, with a private patio and garden. The house is great for enjoying the fantastic shops, bars, restaurants and attractions nearby. Perfect for seaside living, with amenities and beaches nearby. Ideal for families or holidaymakers seeking tranquility by the sea.
The space
Enjoy a seaside holiday when you stay in this charming house just a stone's throw away from the beach. With the beach on your doorstep, plenty of cafes, family activities such as adventure golf as well as the Hayling Light Railway, this is the perfect family getaway.
The home is a relaxed beach style with a large private garden with outdoor furniture, perfect for playing and alfresco dining.
There is space to park up to three cars on the driveway in front of the property. Head up some steps and enter into the entrance hall, with a sunny dining space, perfect to enjoy meals together as a family.
Enter into the cosy, freshly decorated sitting room with a Smart TV (You will need to use your own log in details for the TV applications).
The master bedroom leads off from the sitting room with a king-sized bed and plenty of storage space with ample hanging space.
Through the sitting room is access to the rest of the home. The twin bedroom has two single beds, and the third bedroom also has two single beds.
Heading into the back of house is the family bathroom has a shower, and there is a separate toilet room and kitchen.
The kitchen is well-equipped with gas hob, oven, fridge, kettle, toaster, microwave, and dishwasher.
There is a separate utility room with a washer-dryer outside in the garden.
The private garden with a patio to enjoy the sun, perfect for a morning coffee. The spacious garden has comfortable seating, perfect for an alfresco dinner.
You will have access to the entire home. I won't be around in person, however, I have help managing my home with a local professional holiday property management company. The home is professionally cleaned and the linen and towels are replaced with freshly laundered supplies between each stay. Remote self check-in gives flexibility for late arrivals, and 24/7 guest support is on hand should you need any assistance during your stay.
There will be some complimentary tea, coffee and biscuits waiting for you which I am sure will be useful for those arriving after a long journey!
Fresh white bedding and towels are provided (hand towel and bath towel per person), as well as miniature travel sized bottles of shampoo, shower gel and soap. Other items included are a kitchen pack (kitchen roll, jeyes cloths, sponge, washing up liquid, bin liners, tea towel, washing pod and some dishwasher tablets) as well as loo rolls. These should last a few days, if more is needed, there is a local convenience store a 10 minute walk away.
My property is pet friendly. Please read and be sure you can adhere to the Pet section on 'Other things to note' before booking with your pet.
Guest access
Guests will have the entire house to themselves with a private garden, with parking for three cars.

Check In / Check Out
Check in time is after 4pm and check out time is before 10am. Please can we ask that you check out on time to prevent any disruption to my cleaner's schedule.
Please note a fee of £100 for lost keys and £50 for call outs if locked out.
Pets
One small, well behaved dog is welcome to join you on your holiday in the home, for an additional fee of £30 to cover extra cleaning. Please message in advance with the details of your pet (breed/age).
- Dogs must be well behaved and house trained.
- Please do not allow them upstairs or on the furniture.
- Please clear up after them in the garden and around the property.
- Muddy paws should be cleaned before they are allowed in the house.
- Please do not leave them alone in the property.
A BBQ is available for your use. Just a heads up, cleaning the BBQ isn't included in our cleaning fee, so we kindly ask that you give it a good scrub after each use to ensure everyone can enjoy it without any faff. Because of this, please note that we can not guarantee that the BBQ will be clean for you, although we hope it will!
IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.
The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
