Discover the charm of this apartment, a cozy one-bedroom, one-bathroom space located in the heart of Seville, next to the picturesque Plaza de Santa Marta.
The bedroom offers a comfortable double bed, ideal for a restful sleep. In the main living area, you’ll find an elegant dining area for two, a spacious and comfortable sofa, and windows that flood the space with natural light. Additionally, it features a charming balcony, perfect for enjoying moments of tranquility and views of the surroundings. The apartment has a full bathroom equipped with a modern shower. The kitchen, adjacent to the living room, is fully equipped with all the necessary utensils to prepare delicious meals.
Situated in a very charming area, the apartment is located in a quiet passage next to Plaza de Santa Marta. This corner of Seville is known for its pleasant atmosphere, perfect for strolling through its charming streets or enjoying the numerous typical bars and restaurants. A few meters away is Seville’s main shopping area, and just a few steps further is Plaza de la Encarnación, home to the famous Metropol Parasol, known as ’Las Setas’.
** For monthly stays, water and electricity supplies will be included up to a maximum of € 100 per month. If the expenses are higher, the guest will have to pay the difference. The corresponding invoice will be sent by the accommodation to the guest to verify the expenses**
During your stay, the access to the property is limited exclusively to the number of individuals specified at the booking process. Consequently, entry to the property is strictly prohibited for persons not registered as guests. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in an additional charge amounting to 50% of the total cost of the stay as a penalty, or alternatively, immediate expulsion from the accommodation.
