Great location.Bedrrom has no direct window outside. It gets hot in bedroom at night as fan was not working. The other fan in living room was too loud and too strong.Toilet paper finished before we checked out. No elevator, can hear all noises in building as its all wood.

Regarding ventilation, as you mentioned, we had an exceptional heatwave during your stay, with temperatures around 30/34 degrees, which is unusual in Porto. We know how this can affect comfort, so we promptly replaced the broken fan and delivered an extra fan as requested. We tried at all times to ensure the best possible comfort. As for the toilet paper, we understand that your mention of the lack of this product may have caused discomfort. However, we were in the apartment on two different days and were not informed of this shortage, but we would have been happy to fulfil any additional requests if asked.
