Only about 150 meters from Denmark's best bathing beach in Marielyst is the unique and modernized cottage with i.a. hot tub, sauna, activity room, free Wi-Fi, outdoor tennis court and basketball. The property is divided into 3 sections. In the middle of the house is the meeting point of the home, the open kitchen / family room with glass bay window, where from the cooking island there is a view to the tennis court and basketball. The kitchen is well equipped with i.a. microwave, 2 refrigerators, dishwasher m.m. There are 2 living rooms and the master bedroom with attached bathroom. In each of the 2 side wings there are separate bedrooms and bathrooms. The house has a total of 5 bedrooms with space for 16 people. Distribution in beds is: The first room is with a double bed, the second bedroom is with three single beds the third room is with one with a double bed and a bunk bed for a single bed upstairs and a single bed, the fourth room is also with a double bed and a bunk bed for a single seat upstairs as well as a single bed. The last and 5 bedrooms with a bed of 120 cm in width (actually best for two children) and a double bed with a bunk bed with single space upstairs. The house has many bathing facilities as well as 4 toilets. There is underfloor heating in many of the toilets. In a separate area is the sauna with wellness area. Washer and dryer are available. 6 times TV in the house with many German, Danish and several channels. 2 cots and high chair available. Of activities in the house there are i.a. billiards, darts, rowing machine, exercise bike, rip and play console. Furthermore, a room with the possibility of pilates / yoga, where the ribs are present. Outdoors on the large beautiful plot approx. 2,200 m2 there is a large tiled courtyard with several sun and cozy nooks, garden furniture and barbecue. Cozy fireplace for adults and children. For the little ones there is a swing, sandpit, play tower with slide and trampoline (used at your own risk / insurance). The closed private tennis court allows you to have many pleasant hours for both children and adults. You can also play basketball

A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken. The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.
