The Space:

This lovely apartment has been tastefully finished, with contemporary furnishings and all the home comforts you could need. There are large windows that bathe the apartment in natural light and create a spacious feeling throughout. The large open plan living space comprises a modern fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook your own meals at home, a dining table, sofa and smart TV. The sofa in the living space can be converted to a bed sleeping up to 2 guests (more comfortable for 1, or 2 children) that can be made up upon request before arrival, for an additional fee (please select 3 or 4 guests when booking). There is high speed broadband throughout the apartment. The bedroom boasts a comfortable double bed made up with crisp hotel linen, as well as plenty of storage space for clothes. The contemporary bathroom features a spacious and powerful shower along with complimentary toiletries and fluffy towels for your use.



Guest Access:

Guests have sole access to the property.



The Neighborhood:

Located on a quiet street but still in a central area of Preston, the main Fishergate shopping centre, along with an array of bars, cafes and restaurants are less than a 10 minute walk away. Just 10 minutes walk in the other direction will take you to the River Ribble, perfect for a scenic evening stroll along the riverbank and up to Miller and Avenham Parks. Both the Yorkshire Dales and Lake District National Parks are just an hours drive away, and Manchester, Liverpool, Blackpool and Bolton can be reached in less than an hour



Getting Around:

Being so centrally located, most of the city is accessible on foot. There are also local bus services leaving from the end of the road. The main train station is only a 10 minute walk away, and has rail links throughout the UK. Both the Yorkshire Dales and Lake District National Parks are just an hours drive away, and Manchester, Liverpool, Blackpool and Bolton can be reached in less than an hour
