When you look at the villa, you’ll see old stone walls on the outside and modern, elegant interiors once you step through the door. This contrast hints at the journey our property has taken since its inception: an old farmhouse and country home transformed into a modern and beautiful villa.
Once you pass through the gate, you’ll find a large parking area; from there, you can follow the main road that leads to the villa and its main entrance.

VILLA LE STELLE is a two-story building.
The ground floor is where you’ll spend most of your time during the day: step inside and you’ll find a “small” living room with an old fireplace and a relaxation area featuring a comfortable sofa and TV. From this area, you can access a spacious dining room with a modern table made of wood and steel that comfortably seats up to 12 people.
Just a few steps down, the “big” living room—featuring a modern fireplace, TV, and some nice sofas—is ready to welcome you and your loved ones.

Next to the dining room is the kitchen: it’s modern and fully equipped with an electric stove, a large refrigerator with an ice maker, a dishwasher, an oven, and a microwave. If you open the door leading outside, you’ll find our huge barbecue and wood-fired oven (just imagine the smell of pizza coming out of it!).

Wi-Fi is available both indoors and in the outdoor area. Inside, you can also enjoy air conditioning or heating as needed.

Right next to the kitchen is a small guest bathroom that leads to the private spa area—very intimate and cosy—equipped with a Finnish sauna and steam bath.

In the small hallway between the living and sleeping areas, you’ll find a built-in closet that conceals a complete laundry system with a washing machine and dryer. You can’t see it, but it’s right where it’s needed most.
The bedrooms are located on both the ground floor and the ground floor, allowing you to choose the best arrangement for your family’s needs. Perhaps elderly family members can sleep on the ground floor so they have everything within reach without having to climb any steps, or maybe one of your guests simply enjoys stepping out of bed and right into the garden.

On the ground floor, there are two main bedrooms: one with a four-poster bed and the other specifically designed for people with disabilities, featuring an en suite bathroom with a shower.
From the stairs at the main entrance, you can reach the ground floor, where you’ll find three more main bedrooms: two of them have a balcony with a spectacular view of the outdoors.

The sixth bedroom is located in the separate outbuilding, making it the ideal choice for a bit more privacy.

Every bedroom has an en suite bathroom with a large shower and window, king- or queen-sized beds, a wardrobe, and two details that literally “speak” Italian: terracotta floors and ceilings with wooden beams.
Just outside, a huge patio sits at ground level, with tables and sofas facing the garden. From there, you can access the gym, fully equipped with Technogym machines: a treadmill, an elliptical trainer, multifunctional machines, and an upright exercise bike. Everything you need in an air-conditioned room.

Finally, the pool: rectangular in shape, 50 by 20 feet, with a depth ranging from 4.5 to 8.2 feet, and a sunbathing area along the stone edges featuring loungers, lounge chairs, umbrellas, tables, and chairs.
The pool is for exclusive use and is available from April through October.
