気になった点 : 清潔度、チェックイン、コミュニケーション、ロケーション、掲載情報の正確さ
The rooms weren’t cleaned,dirty linen,dust in the house,floors dirty.Check in was delayed by host.Washing machine was broken leaking water kitchen/lounge area.Had to request for clean new linen,bathing room mats are the ones that soak in water there wasn’t another pair to change,requested but not granted.Have no words in regards to my experience with how the place is.There are fitted carpets in the bedrooms,no hoover to clean them,the brooms weren’t ideal for cleaning the carpets so slept in dusty bedroom,was promised the hoover but wasn’t delivered.Ironing board broken nowhere to iron the clothes.Bed sheets were not put slept on mattress cover.
