Step into this beautifully renovated three-bedroom mid-terrace home, thoughtfully designed to offer a modern, luxurious, and peaceful escape. Nestled on a quiet, tree-lined residential street, you’ll find convenient local amenities just a short stroll away, including a Sainsbury’s, charming cafés perfect for lunch, and several hairdressers.
Perfectly situated on the edge of York’s vibrant city centre, the property benefits from a bus stop right outside, with regular services (every 10 minutes) taking you directly into the heart of the city. Free on-street parking is available nearby; however, some restrictions apply, and you may need to park up to 150 yards from the house.
