Stunning new home (summer 24) 3 storey, 4 bedrooms. Situated at the landmark location of Egypt Point Cowes, in a private hamlet of just four properties. Landscaped gardens, private driveway for 2 vehicles (further parking in nearby road which is Free or along the seafront).
Beautiful fully equipped open plan kitchen dining area. Cinema room, family room, garden room, games room with air hockey, table tennis and mini basket ball, utility with washing and drying facilities, Private sunken terrace with dining area and gas barbecue for those summers evenings, soak in the hot tub with sea views across the Solent, our sunsets are very special.
The property is elevated, and benefits from sea views from most windows
* hot tub available - supplement £175.00-£250.00 inc outdoor towels.

Ambient underfloor heating throughout the property.
Shower Room- large walk in shower.
Garden room with sofas and additional smaller dining space with access to gardens.

Store- Ideal for Luggage/ sailing and water sports clothing
Utility room- with washing machine, tumble dryer, clothes rack, iron and ironing board.


First Floor- (Ground Floor Access but first floor of views) Includes:

Study with desk and workspace (if required ) access to terrace and gardens.
Kitchen/Dining area, kitchen has integrated Neff appliances comprising of two separate single hide and slide ovens, a combination microwave, 5 burner ceramic hob, dishwasher and
60/40 fridge freezer. Nespresso coffee machine and complimentary starter pods for use during your stay.

Master bedroom with ensuite- bed options of queen or twin
Bedroom 2 - king size with ensuite

Family bathroom with shower over bath (to service bedroom 3 and 4)

We welcome up to two well behaved dogs. a housekeeping charge of £50.00 per stay will be applied.
