The villa was fine for the price, but unfortunately it was quite poorly maintained and there were several issues that affected our stay.When we arrived, the house did not appear to have been properly cleaned. The bathrooms were dirty and there were dog hairs all over the sofas, which was particularly disappointing when we had just arrived.The kitchen equipment was also extremely old and outdated and could definitely do with being replaced or upgraded. The air conditioning in one of the bedrooms also did not work, which was inconvenient, particularly as it hot at night. The beds were extremely uncomfortable and could also do with being replaced or upgraded.The pool filter did not seem to be working properly during our stay. I contacted the company about this but received no response to my message. However, a man was sent to the villa on our last morning without any warning or prior communication. As the villa was occupied entirely by females, we found this inappropriate and would have expected to be notified before anyone was sent to the property.Communication before our arrival was very good, but unfortunately this changed once we arrived. There was little to no communication during our stay, including no response to questions we had about things such as the bins. This was particularly frustrating when we were trying to resolve issues with the property.Overall, the villa was adequate for the price we paid, but it is in need of much better maintenance, cleaning
