The apartment is recently refurbished with a King-Size bedroom, a modern Living Room with a 3-seater Sofa Bed which comfortably sleeps 2 people, a dining table for 4 people and a modern kitchen with all necessary appliances.
The Bathroom is in clean decorative order with bath-tub and showers.
The Kitchen is relatively new and equipped with modern necessities needed for any short or long stay trip.
The apartment is located on the 6th floor of the building, unfortunately there is no lift or elevator, there are 6 stairs.
There is 24-hour concierge for safety and security.
The property includes complimentary tea, coffee, biscuits and water on arrival.
I live in London, so am available for any trouble with check-in or during the stay. I can be reached on the AirBnB app or via phone. I normally try to respond within a couple of minutes and will normally message before check-in to ensure a pleasant arrival.
Located in Marble Arch, this property is in the heart of Westminister.
Getting from Heathrow:**
1. Heathrow Express to Paddington and Central Line to Marble Arch
2. Elizabeth Line to either Ealing Broadway or Bond Street and Central Line to Marble Arch (Bond Street is a 10m walk)

1. Stansted Express to Liverpool Street and Central Line to Marble Arch
Getting from Gatwick
1. Thameslink to St. Pauls and Central Line to Marble Arch

Parking:
Parking is limited in the area. There are paid parking bays which operate from 9am to 6.30pm, however the maximum stay is 4 hours. alternatively, there is a car park on Kendall street which operates 24 hours. Please note Upper Berkley Street is Congestion Zone. The other side (west side) of Edgeware road is not congestion zone.
The apartment is on the 6th floor, however, there is no working lift or elevator. For those in need of wheel-chair access I would recommend alternative accommodation unfortunately.

It was a great central landing spot for our London trip, close to public transportation and restaurants and Kem was very quick to respond to any questions.
Nice apartment with good location. Will be staying again for my London trips.

Worked great for us for a one-week visit. Kem, the host, was extremely responsive. The building and hallways are pretty worn down, but once inside the flat it's fine. The flat is well equipped – we cooked in on 3 nights – and comfortable for two people. The main elevator doesn't work but the six flights of stairs are quickly climbed. Delicious Lebanese food hall next door.
The apartment looks like the photos, everything was fine, especially liked the sofa bed with the TV. Wifi was good. Heating is good. The building outside is dirty and the elavator isnt great but the apartment itself is nice. Was easy to find and get into, concierge guys are helpful. Would stay again
The listing is pretty accurate - a decently kept unit in a bit of a run down building. The 6 flights of stairs definitely made arrival and departure a bit of a hassle for a longer stay, but the porters and other building tenants were very helpful. All in all, it worked for my needs, mainly venturing outside to explore the city via the close tube stations. I had a few days where the internet was a little slow for video calls, but overall it was resolved within 30mins each time.

Disappointed.
While the communication with the host was great, the photos on Vrbo were not accurate to the suite itself. Ie; lack of fireplace facade. We were missing amenities described in the listing and some of the present amenities were low. The clincher was when I found mold on the bedspread - which was pretty gross. The location is great, but the listing needs to be updated with current photos and some upkeep of the suite would be beneficial.

Hi Sarah, I am really sorry to hear of issues caused during your stay. We are constantly updating the property to improve, including recently changing the electronic fire-facade to a plumbed radiator for better overall heating. All our bed lining is cleaned using an external Laundrette, I will be following up with the cleaner and the laundrette to understand how mould was found on the bedsheets, my apologies for this. I expect this is a one-off isolated incident but will have the team inspect the entire remaining stock of lining to ensure there is no damp/leak in the storage area under the ottoman bed. L’emplacement pour visiter toute la ville est très bien (proches de transports et commodités). L’immeuble est vieux et les parties communes sont délabrées et sales. L’ascenseur principal ne fonctionnait pas donc obligation de monter à pied à un étage intermédiaire jusqu’à un autre (petit) ascenseur qui fait un peu peur !L’appartement en lui même a été entièrement refait et est très bien. Odeur de cigarette dans la salle de bain (il doit y avoir des fumeurs dans d’autres appartements et la ventilation amène ces odeurs !)

Hi Jean, thanks for the positive feedback! The building is collecting communal reserve funds to repair the main elevator and renovate the building. They're half way there and hope to commence 2026, fingers crossed! I will review with the neighbours and our ventilation system, I presume when the ventilation is off, it flows into the bathroom. I think we may need to install a continuous extraction unit to prevent smells entering the apartment. I will schedule this work immediately. Thanks! Kem
