Welcome to your beach retreat in Mimizan! Our charming and airy 32m2 apartment offers everything you need to enjoy a getaway on the Atlantic Ocean. We think you'll love the blend of comfort and luxury in our lovely getaway, only 50m from the beach and steps from bike trails. Discover the history of the region, the delicious seafood restaurants, and exciting adventures - this is the ideal home base.

There is 1 BEDROOM in our unit, featuring a cozy Double bed. A Double sofa bed in the living room is perfect for extra guests or the kids.

Get ready for your day in the 1 BATHROOM. Towels are available for rent for €10/set.

The open LIVING AREA contains a comfy sofa and a TV. Enjoy the FREE Wi-Fi access for 1 user in your room to keep you connected with your loved ones back home.

The full KITCHENETTE includes a microwave, ceramic hobs, a fridge, a dishwasher, a coffee machine, a toaster and a complement of utensils and kitchenware. Enjoy your meals in the dining area with seating for everyone. Stock up on groceries at the Centre E. Leclerc supermarket nearby!

Our guests enjoy access to a number of excellent amenities and services at the Residence Le Marché de la Plage, where this unit is conveniently located. We think you'll love the outdoor pool to cool off on hot days, before soaking in the hot tub. Keep up your gym routine at the fitness centre on-site. We recommend bringing a car to explore the beautiful Atlantic coast, and underground parking is available for you for a charge.

Please also note that a small daily tourist tax per person and a fully-refundable damage deposit will be collected upon your arrival.

During your stay in Mimizan, it's worth hiring a bike to discover the area - this town is surrounded by pine trees, giving you ample space to explore! Stroll along a variety of fun walking trails, we love walking along the lake shore, and keep an eye out for wildlife. At the end of a wonderful day of exploration, or lounging at the beach, check out the excellent seafood at Le Bistrot de la Mer. We also love the galettes at Le Spot!
