The house is located in Troarn, 15 minutes from Caen and the sea, and has a living room, a bedroom, a bathroom, a common terrace with another apartment allowing you to benefit from a real little outdoor corner in the center of this village.

Our beautiful apartment has been designed to combine comfort and elegance. You can relax and feel at home while watching Netflix or Disney. We have a fully equipped kitchen allowing you to prepare your best dishes, a living room, wifi and a small enclosed garden. Our apartment can accommodate 4 adults thanks to its master bedroom and sofa bed. The master bedroom has been designed with a quality queen size bed to make you spend sweet nights.

We are located in the center of Troarn and you have many free parking spaces nearby as well as a charging station 100 meters. We are in the heart of a small Norman village with all amenities but above all you will be immersed in a region full of history where the first landing beaches are located at only 20 minutes. Better yet, come and enjoy a getaway to Cabourg to discover its casino and beach (15 minutes only).

Our establishment is an elegant building typical Normandy. This character building is located 15 minutes from the port of Caen, 15mn from Cabourg, 30m from Deauville or 20 minutes from the landing beaches.

You will also have the possibility to benefit from the city buses that take you directly to the center of Caen.
