A recently renovated property, DePiro Point Deluxe is located in Sliema within walking distance of popular Balluta Bay Beach, Exiles Beach and Fond Ghadir Beach. This property is accessible by lift and stairs, with fire retardant doors, a key safe with code combination and common access door at ground floor accessed via pin code. The courtyard of the condiminium has CCTV cameras for added security.

The apartment is very well located, with a well-stocked minimarket 1 minute away, and an ATM. The Sliema promenade and beaches are just 2 minutes away.

The spacious 100 sq/m apartment comes with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, bed linen, towels, a flat-screen TV with streaming services, free 750 Mbps WiFi internet, a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a balcony with inner courtyard views. A sofa bed can also sleep an additional two guests.

The apartment has a number of safety features installed to ensure guest safety throughout. None of the appliances use gas for heating or cooking. Smoking is only permitted outside on the balcony.

Our First Time In Sliema, Malta

Our stay in Conrad's Apartment was excellent, it has everything you need for a great holiday. Its situated in DePiro Point which we found a bit difficult to find at first as there are two ways into the apartment complex and of course the Taxi driver picked the wrong one but a quick call to Conrad was all that was needed. He gave us all the information we needed within minutes and that sorted it out. Conrad lives in Malta which is a real advantage as when we needed to know anything we only had to send him a message on WhatsApp and he replied in a few minutes explaining everything to us including maps, directions etc. which we found so helpful. He also keeps in touch on occasion to make sure your enjoying your holiday and if there is anything he can do to make your stay the best it can be.Overall Conrad is an excellent host and staying in his apartment was one of the best decisions I've made and would definitely stay there there again sometime in the future.

We stayed in this beautiful, airy apartment for a few days in June & couldn't have asked for anything better! The apartment is modern, large, tastefully decorated,with great size bedrooms, & living space, two bathrooms & fab aircon which was a god send!The host was so kind, easily accessible, great with check in times & kept in contact to make sure we were ok.The apartment is in a nice, quiet residential area, just 5mins down the left & you're at Tower road & the sea, & just 12mins the other way & you are by the Silema ferry to Valetta, & walk along the sea front. Silema suited us well plentiful restaurants & cafes, (we found St Julians is better for the young party people!) We booked a walking tour around Valetta which was a beautiful place full of history, the ferry works so well, we paid on board. We took the bus to Mdina & Rabat , so worth visiting & nice gardens outside the city walls. We also stayed in Mellehia in the Northern part of the island, quieter with a fab sandy beach with warm sea that you can walk in for ages, as well as WW2 shelters...Malta is for everyone...just go!

Bellissimo appartamento, spazioso e con tutte le comodità. Lavatrice e lavastoviglie, condizionatore, cucina super accessoriata. Il proprietario ci ha sempre contattato anche durante il soggiorno per assicurarsi che non avessimo bisogno di niente. Vicinissimo al lungo mare e al centro di Sliema. Siamo rimasti estremamente contenti.

Greetings. By profession, I am an academic and have worked in higher education since 2001. I am a resident of Malta (Europe), one of three small islands just south of Italy and quite centrally positioned in the Mediterranean Sea.

I have worked in the hospitality industry for a number of years, having first been attached to two of the biggest English language schools based in Malta and now privately renting this holiday condo under MTA license. I firmly believe in offering quality and affordability to our guests.

Sliema is one of Malta's prime tourist destinations and extremely popular with visitors for both short and long-term rentals who want to make the most of their stay while exploring the Maltese Islands.

DePiro Point Deluxe is situated 600 metres from Balluta Beach and less than 1 km from Exiles Beach. The property is also around 1.9 km from Bay Street Shopping Complex and neighbouring St. Julians, a town with a vibrant nightlife, leisure, shopping, and hospitality centres. On foot, a two-minute walk will take you down to the Sliema promenade, its shoreline, and its exciting assortment of cafeterias, restaurants, pubs, shops and hotels.

DePiro Point Deluxe is a recently refurbished luxury apartment within DePiro Point, a well-maintained and landscaped condominium in the heart of Sliema and 2 minutes walking distance to the Sliema coastline. It is also highly accessible on foot, by car, and by bus.

This spacious apartment was recently refurbished to very high standards, and comes with 2 sizeable bedrooms, an additional sofa bed, 2 bathrooms (one ensuite) and a living room with a flat-screen QLED TV and 750 Mbps WiFi connection with local cable, Netflix (complimentary) and pay-per-demand options. The kitchen is brand new and is fully equipped with electric oven, inbuilt microwave oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, induction hob, and coffee machine. A balcony offers peaceful inner courtyard views, where guests can have their breakfast or unwind with a cup of coffee or a bottle of wine.

DePiro Point Deluxe can easily sleep up to 6 people and is therefore ideal for families, groups of friends, couples, and single travellers. Towels, bed linen and toiletries are offered for the length of stay. Fresh fruit, pastries, and water bottles are complimentary. A fully equipped medicine cabinet and other safety features are also present within the apartment.

We pride ourselves on having been awarded 'Comfort' licence with the Malta Tourism Authority and rank quite high on Booking.com (currently 9.6 rating) and on Airbnb. This apartment has only been listed for short/vacation rentals since February 2024.
