Our spacious 2-bedroom apartment accommodates up to 5 persons and provides a cozy retreat just a 5-minute walk from the sandy beaches, shops, and tavernas of Almyrida. Perfect for families, friends, or couples seeking a serene getaway.

Relax in our serene environment with a shared pool and garden, offering the perfect setting for unwinding. Enjoy the convenience of open-plan living, bathroom with shower, air conditioning, and a fully furnished interior, along with amenities such as a safe box, Iron/Ironing board, hair dryer, washing machine, clothes rack and off-road parking. Step out onto your private balcony overlooking olive trees, where you can unwind in peace.
Our apartment features modern amenities including free wifi, smart TV, and a fully equipped kitchen with a coffee maker, sandwich maker, microwave, oven, fridge and tea kettle. For families, we provide a baby crib, high chair, and childrens pool.

Suffice to say that we only stayed one night of a ten night booking. Theo the host is very charming. There were numerous issues that made our stay problematic. Many items described online were just not there. Apartment needs a complete refurbishment. Could not recommend. A classic case of ‘caveat emptor’.

Thank you for your comments. We are sorry that you decided to leave after only one night of a ten-night reservation. However, we feel it is important to clarify a few points for future readers. The apartment listing contains full disclosure regarding the property, facilities and amenities, in accordance with the strict requirements of the booking platform through which you reserved. During our discussions, you acknowledged that some of the items you expected were in fact not listed as available, and may have been confused with another accommodation you had also booked during your trip. Additionally, several months before arrival, you contacted us requesting cancellation because, as you stated at the time, “our plans have changed.” You later chose to proceed with the booking. The apartment itself is very well maintained, with newer furniture, regular upkeep and continuous improvements. While every guest is entitled to their opinion, describing the property as requiring “complete refurbishment” is simply not an accurate reflection of its actual condition.  “Caveat emptor” naturally applies to all online reservations, but so does the responsibility to carefully read the listing before booking. We make every effort to present the property honestly and transparently, exactly as required by the platform. In the end, honesty is usually easier than attempting to justify a change of plans after arrival.
