Very quiet and safe neighborhood .
It is in law apartment , sleeps 2 plus 2 kids . It is a part of the large house. Separate entrance and patio .24HR outside security cameras. Has outside barbecue , fire place.
Includes laundry , one bedroom with queen bed, adjustable sofa/full bed in living room - it can be converted into an queen bed that sleeps two kids .

Very private, very clean, very comfy, very accessible to all of Chicago area, fantastic hosts. Great bed, great linens, great shower, full size refrigerator with ice maker, great tv, 2nd tv in bedroom. Beautiful backyard, private covered patio with grill and furnishings. Lovely neighborhood, private driveway right by the entry to the apartment. We've been there 5 times in the last 4 years and will be back again next year.

Perfect accomodations! We had a little trouble finding out how to access, but we heard back from host by the day before we arrived. Everything else was wonderful.

Loved our stay!

We loved our time in the apartment. It exactly met our needs and was in a very peaceful neighborhood. We could hear some noise at times from the adjoining house, but it didn’t affect our stay. Would stay again!

Chicago Suburb Retreat

My girlfriend and I were looking for a convenient location for our two week trip to Chicago. Wood dale was perfect! The property owner was incredibly responsive and allowed us to check in a little early on a Friday. Everything we would need during our stay was available (i.e. shampoo, towels, paper towels, laundry detergent, etc). We'd stay here again...

Great location, privacy, and hosts

This is the 4th time we've stayed here, which should say enough. We keep coming back due to the location, the amenities, the convenience, privacy, and excellent hosts. The patio and backyard are so relaxing. The bed is very comfy. Plenty of hot water in the huge walk-in shower with plenty of big fluffy towels. Well stocked kitchen, easy private driveway, and 2 tv's. All that and dog friendly. We love this place and our hosts.

The best!

One of the most comfortable VRBO rentals we have ever stayed in. Loved all of the extras in the kitchen. We spent 3 weeks here and will definitely stay her again/

Everything we needed!

We just spent 3 weeks in this very comfortable rental. Never have we had so many extras included in past VRBOs. Lots of extra paper products, spices, coffee pods, and personal products. Bathroom, although small was nice. I wish there was a separate thermostat for the unit as we normally keep our home cooler. I’m sure we will be renting again! Thank you Amelia and Steve.

Price is right.

Overall, this property was a positive experience. The space is clean and the amenities are as advertised. There was a little hiccup with arrival time. I waited an extra fifteen minutes outside the property before I was able to get it, but the host did apologize for the inconvenience. Because of the set up of the HVAC system there was no control for the heat. I like it warm so this place was satisfactory for me, but I could see how other people might get a little toasty staying here. My only real issue was that the people in the main house were a little noisy early on in the night, but I didn’t notice them after I had gone to sleep. Also the Wifi cut out around 8-9pm and I had to use my phone as a mobile hotspot to get any work done. All and all worth the money.

Exactly what we were looking for!

This stay was amazing! The property was even nicer than we were expecting in a safe neighborhood. Our hosts were super friendly and made sure our stay was excellent. It was even reasonably priced! The only downside was the 40 minute drive to downtown through traffic, but we knew that prior to booking the stay. It is super close to the airport which is convenient. It was an absolute 5 star experience and I’m very thankful we got the chance to stay here. Thank you to our hosts!

Perfect in-house Apartment

this was such a cute place and emilia was a fantastic host! you definitely can hear the family upstairs but it was very much still our own space. Everything was super clean and well stocked.
