Excellent, enjoyable stay

Excellent, enjoyable stay, beautiful property and location. Close to beaches and The Falcon Inn was great. Well equipped kitchen and spacious accomodation but mind your head as the beams are low. Would definitely book again.

Had a lovely time in this beautiful cottage!

Had a lovely time in this beautiful cottage! The location was in a peaceful village with great pub and shop and easy access to local beaches (5 min drives) where our 2 kids had fun body boarding. There’s a great path to the nearest beach through the wood as well. Kate and Matt were great hosts and were always responsive and helpful.

What a fantastic place

What a fantastic place. Completely overjoyed with our stay, beautiful cottage exactly as described. Kate was a great host and very responsive. Local village shop and pub which served great food and all within a 5 minute walk from the cottage. It was an easy walk to the beach through rolling fields which meant we didn’t have to worry about parking. We will certainly be staying again.

Super location, authentic and cosy.

Super location, authentic and cosy. Perfectly described in the app, photos match perfectly. Ideal for our family with dog who was more than welcome. Karen is super friendly and helpful. I needed an emergency osteopath and she arranged it for me even on Sunday! We had a great week's holiday and will definitely come back the next time Cornwall is on the schedule.

The cottage is very nice, both inside and outside.

The cottage is very nice, both inside and outside. You can sit outside in the lovely garden. Inside, it is very cozily furnished. The cottage is 300 years old, very special. As a result, slightly lower ceilings, but that was no problem for us. The living room is separate from the dining room, which is very nice. The kitchen has everything you need, with a good oven, a separate microwave, toaster etc. Very complete house, cozy and in a nice area. The communication with the host is also perfect: very fast and pleasant. Never experienced so well before.
