Hi Andrew, Thank you for your review, we agree, Wish You Were Here is conveniently located in the lovely village of Crantock, and well equipped. We will pass your feedback onto the property owners regarding Eco Mode for the hot tub, so they can discuss this with the hot tub company further. Unfortunately there have been occasions where guests have not followed requests to be environmentally friendly and the house rules, which have resulted in avoidable, expensive, repairs and replacements to the owner, hence their unfortunate need for notes in the welcome information folder and some laminated notices. The folder is intended to assist the unfamiliar guest, to help them understand how the house works, not hinder a good holiday experience. Best wishes, The Luxury Coastal Team

I am so pleased to know you thoroughly enjoyed staying at our 'special place', that is 'Wish You Were Here’, so much and that on arrival you found everything just as you viewed it on the booking site... and more! I’m pleased you enjoyed your cream tea hamper and the extra touches we provide to hopefully make our guests feel most welcome. Which, is of course, of the utmost importance to us as holiday home owners. It's great to hear the house was lovely and clean for you on arrival and in excellent condition. It’s also good to know that you very much appreciated it’s location being in such close proximity to the many local amenities we are blessed to have right on our door step! I’m so glad Pebbles, your four legged friend, and yourselves of course, had such a brilliant time walking on the beautiful Crantock beach, enjoying the many coastal path walks and also managed to venture across the River Gannel to experience the famous Fistral beach in Newquay and all it has to offer too! It’s fantastic to know you made good use of our relaxing hot tub, enjoying it each evening after all your walking with Pebbles!
