The apartment features a welcoming entrance hall that leads into the various living spaces. A studio area includes 1 double bed measuring 140 cm wide and 190 cm in length, a kitchen corner, a shower with WC, and a television. The living and dining room is also equipped with a television and opens onto a balcony with both a south and west facing position. The second bedroom contains 2 bunk beds, each 80 cm wide and 190 cm in length, providing sleeping space for up to 4 guests, and also has access to a balcony with a north and east facing position. The apartment further includes a separate bathroom and a separate WC.

The apartment is fully equipped to ensure a comfortable and convenient stay. The open kitchen features an oven, a dishwasher, 3 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, and an electric coffee machine.
