リゾートの中心部、ゲレンデとケーブルカーのふもと（スキーの出発と到着）の理想的な場所にある36㎡のスタジオは、エレベーターのある住宅の1階にあり、集合駐車場とスキールーム。

ダブルベッド1台、二段ベッド1台、ソファベッド1台、エキストラベッド1台が含まれており、4〜5人を収容できます。

設備の整ったアメリカンキッチン、テレビ付きのリビングルーム、バスルーム、メザニン、キャビンがあります。

また、本やボードゲームも提供します。 家庭用リネンをレンタルできます。

Spring ski break in Tignes

Nice apartment, good location close to the slopes with ski locker. It was more spacious than we expected, well equipped and very clean, making our stay there very comfortable.

Super location

Loved our stay. Super location - few steps and on the slopes! Short walk to shops, restaurants etc. Accommodation compact but lovely. Will stay again.

Great location

Great location, just moments away from the lifts. Very clean and tidy and has everything you would need. Only thing is it says ground floor but is actually 1st floor and is a flight of stairs up. And we were waiting for checkout for 30 mins but apart from that it’s perfect!

Accommodations were as described. Very good ski in/out location.There was an extremely foul odour in the stairwell. It was the smell of a sewer backup. Having to use these stairs many times each day really impacted our stay. The foul smell was giving us all headaches. After reporting this to the host I was told that the situation would be remedied right away. It seemed like the host was very aware of this issue, and noted they had a ‘procedure’ to handle it. The situation did not change, or improve over the subsequent days.The second issue was that we had very weak wifi. I alerted the host to this also, and was suggested to reset our devices. As it turns out, the cable in our unit had been disconnected, and we were working off a neighbours wifi connection. I guess that the host had someone check out the wifi when the guests after us complained also. To me, our complaint had not been taken seriously.The host responded quickly, but merely claimed that both of these issues were beyond their control.For the location as a whole, I would have rated it 4.5 stars out of 5. I removed one star for the odour. I removed a second star because it was a known issue, we reported it, and it did not change or improve. Finally, I removed half a star for the poor wifi, and the host not really responding by having a tech person visit until after our stay was over.

Un petit Gran apartament

Apartament molt ben equipat. A peu de pistes i molt aprop dels serveis com supermercat o restaurants. Estaba molt net al arribar i tot en general va ser molt facil.

Adapté pour séjour au ski

L’appartement est très bien situé avec possibilité de départ skis aux pieds. Le retour nécessite quelques pas pour accéder à l’immeuble .Immeuble rénové très propre et grands casiers à ski faciles d’accès . Il ne manque rien dans l’appartement qui est plutôt bien agencé . Bonne literie avec couettes , couvertures et oreillers à disposition .Excellent wifi .

Long weekend in Tignes

A last minute long weekend in Tignes was made by excellent accommodation in Val Claret a very short walk across the Road from the slopes. Very clean and comfortable, well equipped, cleverly arranged giving a very spacious feel. Close to the shops of Val claret and a wonderful boulangerie made a very easy stay. It’s situation in the resort gives quick and easy access to the Tignes and Val ski areas. I will definitely return!! Thank you.

Beau séjour estival

Bel appartement, confortable, bien équipé et très bien situé dans la station Tignes Val claret, au pied des pistes. Idéal en été pour la randonnée pédestre et les descentes en VTT. Très bon contact avec le propriétaire qui a su intervenir rapidement pour débrouiller un petit malentendu. Merci à lui.
