The villa is located in the outskirts of Rethymno town just located 5 kilometers from the heart of Rethymno city center, Venetian harbor and Old Town, also offering easy access to the highway and other beautiful destinations. The closest beach is 4 Km away, while inside the village (800-1000 meters away from the villa) you can find all kinds of shops for your daily needs.



Interior Layout

The ground floor of this elegant villa offers a seamless blend of indoor and outdoor living, with an open area that invites guests to step out onto the pool terrace. The living room is a cozy retreat, furnished with a plush corner sofa, a smart TV, and a stylish coffee table, perfect for relaxation or entertainment. Adjacent to the living room is a dining area that comfortably seats eight, ideal for enjoying meals with family and friends. The fully equipped, one-wall kitchen is designed for convenience, offering all the modern amenities needed for effortless cooking.

On this same level, there is a bedroom featuring a 1.60 x 2.00-meter bed and offering direct outdoor access. A few steps up from the main level, guests will find two additional bedrooms. One bedroom offers a double bed with a stunning view of the pool, while the other is equipped with two single beds (a top mattress can be provided to transform them to one double bed – upon request-). Each of the bedrooms is equipped with a smart TV, open closet, air conditioning, as well as an en-suite bathroom with a shower cabin.

Additionally, the outdoor area provides access to the fourth bedroom with an autonomous entrance. This private space includes a comfortable double bed (1.60 x 2.00 meters) as well as a single bed, an en-suite bathroom, and a mini fridge, making it ideal for those seeking extra privacy.

The outdoor area of this villa is a true oasis, offering breathtaking views of the sea from the expansive pool terrace and ample space for all guests. At the heart of the space is the private swimming pool (50sqm, 1.5 deep) with step access, designed to accommodate both adults and children with its special compartment for younger guests (0.5 deep). Surrounding the pool are luxurious sun beds and umbrellas, inviting you to relax and soak up the sun. An outdoor seating area, complete with a hammock, provides the perfect spot to unwind, while a convenient outdoor shower is available for rinsing off after a swim.

A shaded wooden pergola enhances the outdoor dining experience, featuring a table that seats eight, both charcoal BBQ & gas grill, and an outdoor sink, making it ideal for al fresco meals. A lawn-covered area adds a touch of greenery to the space, perfect for children's play.

For entertainment, a shaded area houses a ping pong table, a football table (operating with coins), and even an arcade game machine (also operating with coins), ensuring fun for all ages.
