Note 1. Final cleaning expenses are included in the rental price. This circumstance does not exempt the client from their obligation to care for the property. Nothing will be deducted from the deposit as long as the use of the house is reasonable.

Note 2. In those properties of Mallorca Holiday Properties where an extra bed is possible due to space, and always subject to availability, the cost will be 15€ per person and day.

Note 3. Property checkout is at 10:00. When possible to allow a later checkout, always subject to availability, the cost will be 90 € until 13:00 and 160 € until 16:00.

Note 4. Property entry with our agency staff free until 22:00, 30 € (22:00-00:00) or 50 € (after 00:00). Option of free autonomous access with staff welcome the next day.

Note 5. Electricity consumption is not included in the accommodation price. The cost is 0.25€/Kw to be paid upon departure.

Note 6. In the Balearic Islands, all hotels/tourist accommodations are obliged to charge guests over 16 years old the Tourist Tax, which is then paid to the Regional Authorities.
