Cozy ground floor apartment located right in front of the beach. It can accommodate 4 people. There is a private garden and terrace where you can enjoy panoramic views of the bay of Alcudia. With direct access to the beach, it is the best option for families with children or couples.

Distribution
It has 2 bedrooms, a full bathroom, a living room with a flat-screen TV and direct access to the terrace and private garden, and a fully equipped kitchen.

Rooms:
The first bedroom has a double bed (150 cm x 190 cm), the second has two single beds (90 cm x 190 cm); there is a sofa bed in the living room.

Comfort and Services:
Parking, TV, kitchen, fridge / freezer, microwave, coffee maker, iron, washing machine, cot, high chair, beds. Property equipped with bedding and towels.
Note 1. Final cleaning costs are included in the rental price. This circumstance does not exempt the client from his obligation to take care of the property. Nothing will be taken from the deposit as long as the use of the house is reasonable.
Note 2. In those properties where it is possible to include an extra bed, and always subject to availability, the cost will be € 15 per person per day.
Note 3. When a late check-out is possible, always subject to availability, the cost will be € 50 until 1:00 p.m. and € 90 until 4:00 p.m.

Super Aussicht
Die Lage der Wohnung ist einfach perfekt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sehr gut. Die Wohnung ist gut eingerichtet. In den Kleiderschränken ist viel Platz. Gute Matratzen. Betreuung durch Joan sehr gut. Danke Joan! Rechts neben dem Haus auf der Terrasse könnte wieder mal aufgeräumt und geputzt werden.

Overall we had a great stay! Apartment is located in the perfect location for a beach holiday. Our 2 year old had a great time being able to run out of the gate directly on to the beach. It is a little way from the main area of port d'alcudia but a lovely walk along the beach. We also managed a walk (45mins with a buggy) into the old town, so most things are in reach. The apartment has recently been redecorated and was clean and tidy for our arrival. Communication was great throughout. Pere was really helpful when we arrived early, arranging to meet us and get us checked in ahead of schedule. He also helped by telling us nearby amenities and offered recommendations for places to eat out. We were slightly surprised by the lack of some simple things like handwash, dish soap or a cloth for washing up. This was a very minor issue though. We were also a little shocked when our 2 year old found all of the sharp knives in an easy to reach draw in the living area. We moved these to the kitchen counter and I would recommend they stay there if the apartment is being advertised as being good for families with small children. Overall these were small issues which would be easily rectified and didn't detract from what was a great holiday had in this property.

SCHÖNE WOHNUNG IN EINER IDEALEN LAGE
Sehr schöne Wohnung mit perfekter Lage direkt am Meer. Es war ein Privileg, nur ein paar Schritte zu gehen und am Strand zu sein. Mallorca Holiday Properties half bei allem, von vor Beginn der Ferien bis zum Ende unseres Aufenthalts. Ihr Service war hervorragend. Vielen Dank und bis zum nächsten Mal!

Good time in a difficult situation
It was wonderful to spend a week in front of the beach in December, opening the window and seeing the sun and the fantastic views of the sandy beach. We enjoy walking every day on the beach. The apartment is perfectly located and fully equipped, the wifi works very well. Many thanks to Joan for showing us the apartment and giving us some tips during the week to visit, restaurants ... We hope to come back in summer and enjoy swimming and water sports too.

Perfecto
The appartment is in front of the beach. The beach is beautiful, very good for kids and there is always a place on the beach even when its crowded. Its a family area. The appartment is very comfortable. Rooms are comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need to cook something and enjoy on the patio. A BBQ would have been awesome. The owner was very nice and recommended very good restaurants. He knows well the area and the island, he has been very helpful.
