Esta encantadora villa en la zona de la zona de Bonaire se localiza muy cerca de la antigua ciudad amurallada de Alcudia.

La hermosa playa del 'Mal Pas', las extensas y arenosas playas de la bahia Alcudia y el famoso campo de golf en Aucananda se encuentran a poca distancia en coche. El norte de la isla ofrece muchos atractivos, aparte de playas de arena y el mar como gran cantidad de actividades al aire libre, tiendas, restaurantes, bares, etc. durante todo el año. La villa con un jardín bien cuidado cuenta con 4 habitaciones dobles, 3 baños completos, una cocina totalmente equipada y la piscina privada (8x4 metros).



Distribución

En la planta baja se encuentra una sala con una puerta a la sala de estar en el lado derecho. El salón es luminoso y cómodo, con sofás, aire acondicionado, una gran chimenea y las puertas del patio se abren a una terraza con sombra y pista de ping-pong

La cocina está totalmente equipada con nevera-congelador, vitrocerámica, horno, lavavajillas, lavadora y microondas. También cuenta con una cómoda zona de desayuno.



Las habitaciones, están todas situadas a la izquierda de la entrada principal.



Nota 1. Los gastos de limpieza final están incluidos en el precio del alquiler. Esta circunstancia no exime al cliente de su obligación de cuidar la propiedad. Nada se tomará del depósito mientras el uso de la casa sea razonable.

Nota 2. En aquellas propiedades en las que sea posible incluir una cama extra, y siempre sujeto a disponibilidad, el coste será 15€ por persona y día.

Nota 3. La salida de la propiedad es a las 10:00. Cuando sea posible permitir una salida más tarde, siempre sujeto a disponibilidad, el coste será de 90 € hasta las 13:00h. y 160 € hasta las 16:00h.

Nota 4. Entrada al alojamiento con personal de nuestra agencia gratuito hasta las 22:00h, 30 € (22:00-00:00) o 50 € (después de las 00:00). Opción de acceso autónomo gratuito con bienvenida del personal al día siguiente

Nota 5. El consumo de electricidad no está incluido en el precio del alojamiento. El costo es de 0.25 € / Kw a pagar a la salida.

Wonderful house in a perfect location

The house is perfect for a family holiday, private, lovely swimming pool and 5 minutes from one of the best beaches in Majorca. The agents were super helpful and friendly - would definatly stay again.

Great holiday

The villa was lovely. Very clean and safe. Lots of room and kitchen very well equipped. Pool was beautiful , nice and warm. Table tennis table was great for the boys . Lots of outdoor lighting made sitting out in evening chatting, drinking , playing games very nice. Only drawback was the very hot nights and air conditioners only in hall way . Bedrooms very hot and stuffy .

Quiet house close to the beach

Wondeful house well located, the outdoor area was perfect, with a big terrace, sunbeds and a big pool. The kids just playing the table tennis while on the back terrace you can enjoy a quiet space with shadow. The house have evething youu need, kitchen well equipped and comfortable beds, the BBQ is perfect too. for our son of 2 yeras old was perfect to find some toys for the pool and a big unicorn to play to. We enjoyed all the time on the terrace, and on the two small beaches close to the house , especially Sant Joan, sandy beach with an small bar. We hope to come back next year.:)

Very well equipped villa in good location

The house was perfect for us, 5 adults and two small children. It had everything we could possibly need, ie beach towels, umbrellas and toys, inflatables, loungers, excellent BBQ washing machine, dishwasher. It is very quirkily decorated and needs an update but everything worked. On the negative side, the driveway was very tricky to navigate, one of our hire cars was quite wide and we only tried to get in once, thereafter parking on the street outside. Also the mosquitoes were vicious in October, screens would have been welcome.

Villa stay during the heatwave

Lovely villa suitable for a family group. It was so hot we never made it to the main beach with the bar etc but did go daily to the smaller beaches that were very close. Lovely beach perfect for toddlers and generally much cooler there than at the Villa. Both the sea and swimming pool were very warm! Nice places to eat nearby and a small fairly limited supermarket. To get a bigger shop it was a good half hour walk (very hot) or get a cab. We booked our transfers through the property agent and they were great, the cheapest price I could find and provided baby and toddler seats at no extra cost, new vehicles with all the mod cons and lovely drivers. It all went to plan, would recommend. Some other reviews stated their were lots of pool toys etc for the children but there weren’t any so I assume they gather up over the season. All in all we had a great holiday

A happy family holiday

The villa is comfortable if a little dated. The rooms are comfortable. There is air con to the lounge and hall/bedroom corridor - not in bedrooms. That said it was a very well ventilated home. The pool was great for a family of 4 adults and one child and there are plenty of inflatables. Parking in the area is a problem so getting into the drive was a tight squeeze and a little problematic with a wider car. We managed! Lovely cove/bay within about 5 minute walk. A few restaurants nearby. Supermarket within 5 min walk and a reasonable choice. Driving out from the area you are close to a number of beaches, Can Picafort, and other larger supermarkets. It is a quiet area but alongside that it is restful.. Not sure how mid teens would react though - possibly a bit too quiet. That's nothing to do with the villa but the nature of the area.

Tolle Unterkunft mit allem was man braucht

Wir hatten eine super Zeit. Die Unterkunft war genau wie beschrieben und hat wirklich alles was man braucht. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern lief 1a und total simpel über Whatsapp als wir dort waren. Ganz in der Nähe sind zwei tolle Buchten wo man wunderbar schwimmen und auch ein bisschen schnorcheln kann. Es gibt auch einen kleinen Supermarkt in weniger als 500 m Entfernung, indem man eigentlich fast alles bekommt was man benötigt (auch Brot, Aufschnitt, Saucen, Süßkram). Ein ganz großer Markt ist direkt in Alcudia ca. 2 km weit weg. Wir können diese Unterkunft wirklich nur empfehlen! Natürlich ist die Einrichtungen kein purer Luxus, aber völlig ausreichend und gepflegt!

A great holiday with a great place to stay

The service was excellent. The villa is very close to a beautiful beach and within walking distance of Alcúdia. The house was clean and all services were provided. We were allowed to use all the facitities that were in the house, such as the swimming pool, the floats for the swimming pool and towels for the beach. Nothing! We had a great stay!

Preiswerte Finka in toller Lage

Die Finka hat einen sehr schönen Außenbereich und befindet sich in der Nähe des Meers. Zum Strand braucht man zu Fuß nur ca. 5 Minuten und auch ein kleiner Supermarkt und Restaurants sind in der Nähe. Mit dem Auto ist man schnell in Alcúdia oder Port Alcudia. Auch wenn der Innenbereich der Finka etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist, hatten wir dort alles was wir brauchten. Die Elektrogeräte (Kühlschrank, Waschmaschine, TV) waren auch alle relativ neu und in einem top Zustand. Wer also nicht viel Wert auf eine moderne Inneneinrichtung legt und eine bezahlbare Finka in Strandnähe sucht, ist hier gut aufgehoben.

Family Vacation

This is a very nice House maybe a little mature and old fashioned. Pool area very nice and clean. We where 6 adults and one child and actually there was room for two adults more. The only thing we miss was a reasonable dinning table out side. It was hard to be 6 and a child at the present table fate to simple and no good And maybe take a check of different kitchen thing and get clean up. But it works pretty ok 👍

Excellent property and location

Excellent property with large out door area with big pool and all day sun. Clean with air conditioning in lounge and hall area to bedrooms. Photographs make it look a lot more dated than it is so was pleasantly surprised. Beach 5 mins walk away, Sandy, clear waters and rocks. Beautiful. Village was small with nice restaurant on front and small shop. Alcúdia half an hour walk but really nice with Porto Alcúdia another few mins beyond so car required (probably). Property a little hard to find initially but is opppsite mal pas hotel and behind the pharmacy (access looks like pharmacy’s drive). Plenty of room for car in property but access very tight would not recommend taking a large car in - or not insuring your car excess. Payment of balance was at property which made me nervous but no problems and the man who met us there had a credit card machine. Property exceeded my expectations would definitely come again.

Heerlijk ruim en royaal voor 6 personen van alle gemakken voorzien !

De woning is van alle gemakken voorzien, heel schoon en wordt compleet aangeboden in een rustgevende omgeving. Heerlijk zwembad, veel gebruik gemaakt van de buiten-BBQ en de tafeltennistafel heeft veel uren voor competitie en plezier gezorgd. Strandje op loopafstand, de gezellige old-city Alcudia, supermarkten en andere stranden prima bereikbaar in enkele auto-minuten. Het was TOP !

Daumen hoch für diese Unterkunft!

Sehr schön gelegene, ruhige Unterkunft. Ideal für Familien und Paare. Ein Mietwagen ist ein absolutes Muss! Räumlichkeiten gut ausgestattet und gepflegt, alles entspricht den Angaben des Anbieters. Kontakt mit Joan vor Ort super freundlich, flexibel und schnell. Konnten auch beim Check-Out problemlos ein paar Stunden länger bleiben. Alles in allem: Daumen hoch für diese Unterkunft! Perfekter Aufenthalt!

Erholsamer Urlaub in ruhiger Gegend und Standnähe

Das Ferienhaus liegt in einer ruhigen Einbahnstraße nur wenige Meter vom Meer entfernt, abseits des touristischen Rummels. Es ist einfach möbliert, man findet jedoch alles was benötigt wird. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das Bemühen um die Gäste. Falls es Probleme gibt, bei uns war es eine defekte Kaffeemaschine, reagieren die verantwortlichen sofort. Das Haus bietet ausreichend Platz für acht Personen.

Lovely property, excellent quiet location

The property was a great size for 8 adults and two little children in a lovely quiet and secluded location of Mal Pas with very friendly owners and superb organisers from HomeAway (who replied to any query in minutes). The indoor space is a little dated at the villa (and that's nitpicking) but very clean, comfortable, spacious, and absolutely fine especially if your idea is to spend more time outside. The kitchen has all the necessaries and there is a large garage to park luggage etc. The outdoor area I thought was perfect for our needs with a fantastic BBQ (with chimney which makes a massive difference if it's a tad breezy). If your idea is to cook a few evening meals the seating outside is perfect with a gazebo overhead and adequate lighting and pool lights etc. There is also a drive to park a car although the driveway from the road is very tight. After a couple goes you get used to it. And going slightly off piste...but nearby to the villa... The closest beach is a 5 minute walk away (and that's a slow walk with two babies). The beach is generally busy on hot days (mid September) but thankfully lacking in the undesirables you may encounter in other parts of Majorca. The main beach is suitable for toddlers as cut off from big swell so generally calm. There are plenty of rocky areas to swim over from the beach too so the snorkelling was very good. Also has a little beach bar/cafe run by some cool dudes, who occasionally feel the need to try and impress you with up side down yoga moves, but are very friendly nonetheless and serve alcohol and good sandwiches. Local restaurant Bodega Del Sol (2 min walk) - unbelievable Paella. I've never tasted anything like it. The fish they cook was amazing too. Honestly the best 'home cooked' style Spanish meals I've ever had. They also let us takeaway anything on the menu along with paella dishes etc for a small deposit! Just don't fall into the trap of eating at the Mirador De La Victoria - it's a restaurant with an incredible view of the sea on a hillside but the food was terrible, over cooked, and not worth the money at all. There is also a small supermarket and a couple decent bars next to the local docks which are 5 mins walk away. Great cocktails. You can also get to Alcudia town in under 10 mins drive. Free parking everywhere and some really very good restaurants and cultural sights within the old town. I would definitely, and will probably, go back again in the future. A great holiday.

Ein schönes Haus fernab vom touristischen Trubel.

Das ist Haus liegt in einer typischen mallorquinischen Gegend. Die Lage ist optimal. Der Strand ist nur fünf Minuten zu fuß entfernt. Ein kleiner Supermarkt sowie eine Bar und Restaurants sind ebenso fusslaufig zu erreichen. Die schöne Stadt Alcudia, in der man abends wunderbar essen gehen kann sowie der sehr kinderfreundliche Strand von Port Alcudia sind mit dem Auto auch nur wenige Minuten entfernt. Das Haus hat alles was man braucht. Wir waren mit unseren drei Kindern (5,3 und 1)dort. Der Pool ist optimal für Kinder, die noch nicht richtig schwimmen koennen, da er nicht so tief ist. Die Betreuung vor Ort war sehr gut. Das Einzige, was uns gefehlt hat, waren Fliegennetze an den Schlafzimmerfenstern. Da wir Nachts lieber ohne Klimaanlage geschlafen haben, dafür mit Fenster auf, waren wir leider alle trotz Muckenstecker ziemlich zerstochen. Ansonsten können wir das Haus für Familien mit Kindern sehr empfehlen.

Lovely house in nice area

The house itself isn't fancy but it has everything you need, is nice and cool during the day and is 5 mins walk from the nicest beach we saw in Mallorca! The pool + barbeque are great.The area is quiet but we enjoyed it! The only negative I can think of is the gate to get into the property, it is manual and VERY heavy so if you don't have strong arms you may struggle to open and close it each time you leave the property. It has a motor so it should really get fixed as it was very tricky to open.

Skønt hus i et dejligt område!

Vi havde en skøn uge ved poolen, ved stranden, i naturen og i det skønneste område på Mallorca. Værten var særdeles hjælpsom og nem at kommunikere med. Stedet var super rent og tjekket! Vi kan kun anbefale dette til andre.

Quiet, spacious, excellent

Very pleased. Great location - tucked behind other houses, very private. Lovely pool and lots of outdoor space. Indoors - adequate (big beds, bedrooms adequate, another bathroom would have been good). Kitchen fair - we would certainly go back and recommend to others. Its not 5-star luxury - but not 5star prices either.

The best success

I am happy to leave this comment so that others will enjoy the place I stayed with 6 of my friends for our holiday in Mal Pas, Mallorca. We chose a luxurious villa that was beachfront and at a great price for a big group. The house is very private and we were able to let really relax. We visited the quaint market in the town next to us, which had a fair that sold fresh fruit and vegetables plus leather goods and souvenirs. There is a very nice place to cook outside along the pool which had its own bathrooms! It was the best we could have hoped for and we recommend this wonderful place to anyone wanting to relax in style.

Great!!!

The pictures were extremely informative and true to the lovely house in Mal Pas which was peaceful with wonderful feeling. I loved the way the house was laid out and equipped in luxury. Our main contact, Juan, helped with any of our questions or where we could shop. The house was ideally situated for walks along the beach at sunrise. I loved it. The whole family loved Mal Pas because there something for everyone, including my two young sons. We have already planned on returning for next year.

Cute place - We recommend

We wanted to next to the beach and have some space to relax. The A\C was cold and having our own pool was ideal. There were many choices of food in Alcudia and a supermarket. We could lock ourselves up for days and really get away. I wasn´t sure what to expect from a place called mal pas but it was fantastic, great for walking and the beaches are private. The house was clean and the people were professional. We had a small problem with the WIFI and within 24 hours, it was all connected. Alcudia is a walled city that has really narrow streets and gives a real Mediterrean feel. The port and the city are separated, the same as Pollenca up the road. It was about 10 minutes walk to the port where the real action is. There are bars, restaurants, waterfront. Overall we were happy that we chose Alcudia. It is very family friendly and a great place to walk and walk. At the place there was enough time for a bbq and really relax. I think this place is great and a real value for the price.
